When I first arrived I was greeted by a salesman before I even stepped out of my car. I was impressed by how nice the people inside were to my daughters. One of the ladies in the back even bought one of my girls a bag of m&m’s. The building was overall pretty clean and organized too. They even have mini basketball for older kids to entertain them so they aren’t bored. It was one of the best dealerships I have been to. And my wife and I love our new Sentra and we got a good deal on it too.

First off, I love my Maxima! I just want to thank Butler Nissan for taking such good care of my car. I would give this place NEGATIVE stars if I could. From the beginning to now end of purchasing my car as a first time car buyer I have had constant issues with Butler Nissan. Prior to the purchase, no inspection had been done on the vehicle therefore I was never informed on the condition of the vehicle. 3,000 miles later, it’s time for an oil change where I chose to honor my first free oil change at the lot itself. I made an appointment two weeks prior and waited 2 hours for the oil change.. meanwhile I’m sitting in the lobby watching my car FINISHED yet unattended. Finally a lady at the service desk, who was very rude and unprofessional, brings me a piece of paper stating that my battery is so corroded to the point where it may not start and that it would be my responsibility. So immediately, I’m aggravated because I’ve sat there so long and now I’m being told that there is another problem. Eventually I was told that the mechanic cleaned as much of the corrosion as possible and after another hour of waiting on manger after manager and waiting on someone to find the mechanic who had my keys, I left and took my car to advance auto parts to check on the battery. THE CORROSION WAS NOT CLEANED, NOT EVEN TOUCHED. There was no possible way the mechanic even got a reading on the condition of the battery due to all of the corrosion. Thankfully the mechanic at advanced cleaned the battery and ran a test, which came back stating “good battery”. NOT TO MENTION IT TOOK 5 MONTHS TO GET THE TITLE TO MY CAR, simply due to neglect. Every employee I came in contact with on the day I purchased my car, no longer works there and I see why.

I was headed south on I 75 through Macon,GA when a “reduced power”warning light came on my Titan XD diesel. I was pulling a trailer headed to the Florida Keys and was anticipating a delay of several days. l called Butler and spoke with Ronnie one of the service advisors. Although they were booked two weeks out for service he found a way to squeeze me in that day. Johmard the technician took care of my issue and got me back on the road in no time. I took my car to have the air conditioner checked because it was not working. I was told that the compressor needed replacing. Because I have a hybrid car the compressor is very expensive ( total job ~$1900). Also this item would have to be ordered and would take 5 days to get in. So I picked up my car and said I would need to think about what I wanted to do. I was actually considering buying a new car, but ultimately decided to get my current one repaired. When I called back to set up the repair, I was told for the first time that I would have to pre-pay for the compressor because I was not leaving my car with them. They should have told me this initially. Not that I could have left it there for 5 days. I was not even offered a loaner car. I feel like they assumed I would not be back because of the cost of the repair. Also initially when I explained to the person in the service department that I was told I needed to pre pay he was surprised as if this was something new. It made me feel like they were making it up. The whole thing has just left a bad taste in my mouth. Poor communication and customer service. After this I will not be back.

I called Butler Nissan, Macon, Georgia, scheduling an appointment regarding recommended service on my vehicle I was told was covered under warranty and as result the warranty was extended to 80,000 miles.I spoke with Peyton who scheduled the appointment for Friday March 23, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. I also informed Peyton i would be attending a funeral on Monday March 26, 2021 in Atlanta and wanted service under warranty done.I arrived on Friday March 23, 2021, explained I had an appointment for 8:00 a.m., and the service to be done. To my dismay, I was advised there was no recalls but my warranty has been extended to 84,000 miles (why was the warranty extended?).Subsequent to this visit I wrote the service manager Bryan Griggs - certified mail - asking him to explain the discrepancy from my initial visit where I was informed of the extended warranty and the need for service.Please, I am the consumer, being advised by Nissan employees of work needing to be done on the 2017 Nissan Versa. Yet, I am being given two different explanations of service to be performed. Still, both employees informing me that the warranty had been extended, apparently a problem recognized by Nissan as needing repair.Please explain why work under the warranty is not being honored. Thank you.

Overall experience was average at best. I purchased a used vehicle with a pre approval letter from my bank. The rep Joe G. provided great service in the beginning, promised to detail the vehicle prior to delivery and make a second key. Of course when the vehicle was finally delivered after a two day delay, vehicle was not clean nor any follow up call regarding the 2nd key being made. Very disappointing! If you looking to purchase a vehicle, this location will be great but dont expect great customer service once you leave the building. Good luck!!

Ever since I purchased my Nissan vehicle, I have been taking it to reasonably priced service centers such as JeffyLube. However, each time these centers have informed me that I would eventually have to take it back to Nissan for them to take a look at my Transmission and Break fluids since that was one of the services they were not equipped to check for.I already knew going in that a car service at Nissan was going to be much more expensive than anything I would find at JeffyLube, so I already planned to spend up to $350 the day of my service appointment (if that wasnt enough to have everything I wanted taken care of, I could always come back after my next payroll to finish up the rest if necessary), since I was currently on a tight budget.I will admit that from the start when I drove to the center till I left, the employees were very friendly and polite and made me feel quite comfortable. While I did wait surprisingly longer than what I would’ve expected, the Center was diligent enough informed me of the fact prior, so I already felt a level honesty that I quite appreciated.Where things take a downturn for me is when half-way through the process, one of the female employees came to my side and showed me of all the recommended services they could provide to improve my vehicle’s performance. After looking at the listed prices, I realized that I would only be able to afford the oil change and my transmission fluid service that day due to my budget. I informed her of my decision and even explained that I fully planned on coming back the week after to take care of my Brake fluid and any other recommended services once I get paid. She agreed with opinion and went away. 30 minutes goes by and another male employee comes in again to give me a final breakdown of my cars condition and what would be needed to be fixed it. Again, I explained that I only wanted to only take care of the transmission fluid that day, and that seemed to be that.NEVER would I have thought that when I was finally called up to pay the bill, they would charge me $489.99…almost $150 over my expected budget! At first I thought it was a mistake or that maybe I did not look at the right prices when those 2 employees showed me the list of services. But NO, that was NOT the case…rather, Nissan added the Brake fluid service despite my repeated declination!I have never been more insulted. I still regret paying for that bill; however, I was running late that morning, plus I did not want to make scene when the service was already completed. Its hard for me not believe that this act was not done intentionally. If I had talked to just ONE employee, I could maybe see how a misunderstanding could’ve occur. BUT the fact that I talked to TWO different employees about not wanting to proceed with a brake fluid service and was yet charged for it makes it quite clear that my decision was NEVER taken seriously. I am truly disappointed that a well established company like Nissan would result to such behavior and I cannot in good faith ever recommend or even think of returning to such an establishment ever again.

I called to make a service appointment the previous week, was advised there was availability for Tuesday. I assumed it was the following Tuesday and arrived 5mins early. I was promptly greeted but my appointment wasn’t showing. I was advised that I was scheduled for the last Tuesday of this month. I was perplexed but was told they could work me in. I was already there and needed to have service so I stayed. I was so happy that I did. I was very well taken care of. I was there for tires and an oil change. I was explained what services my vehicle needed and the promos available for tires. I was kept up to date on my vehicle’s progress and was very pleased with the service once done.I’m glad I stayed and received exceptional service. Kudos to the my service person and the staff because I couldn’t be happier.

I made an appointment with Butler Nissan to fix a USB port in my new Nissan centra. I was told they needed to run a diagnostic, and I didn’t understand why when all I wanted was my USB port replaced. I was then told they did not have the part to fix my car. I was still charged 250$ (200$ For labor alone) for a diagnostic to be ran on my car when all I asked for was a USB port to be replaced. I left with my USB port still not working and was charged for a pointless 250$. Will not be coming back, my experiences was highly distasteful.

The dealership always does a complimentary car wash (by hand) with my oil change and tire rotation. They always do a great job. I asked for this complimentary wash the other day when I had my oil changed and tires rotated; and was told “we are not washing cars right now because of the virus...we need to limit our exposure to the vehicles”. I don’t understand how washing my car puts you at a higher risk for the virus. Cars do not carry the virus; and soap and water kills the virus! I feel like the virus was used as an excuse to get out of work! Also, the lady helping me tried to talk me into getting my brake fluid changed! I declined at that moment. Later, I spoke with 3 different car specialists, who each informed me that brake fluid should never be changed! I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the treatment that I received recently at your dealership. I have many choices and until this point, I have chosen to use your dealership for my car service. However, I am reconsidering my choice for my car service.

We arrived at Butler Nissan on 10/16/20 for an oil change and tire rotation/check. Our check tire light was appearing on our dashboard and we were scheduled for a 5 hour drive shortly after our service appointment. My husband was informed that the tire had no issues and was good to go after rotating the problem tire to the front passenger side. Well the entire trip the tire had issues. When we arrived back and took the 2020 Altima back to Butler now there was a nail located in the tire. The carelessness of your staff couldve cost us our lives! Its almost if your staff picks and chooses the days were quality service is completed! Youve lost our trust!

The buying process wasn’t bad . The deal we got was okay nothing to crazy. We loved our sales woman Nadia she was great. Just wouldn’t recommend the company at all. My wife bought a used Mazda from them that had 25,000 miles on it. 2 days after getting it home we notice it was leaking oil heavily underneath the suv. I spoke with Nadia she got with used car manager and he told me to take it to a different dealer that was a Mazda dealer. I realized they aren’t a Mazda dealer but you just sold a family a car that is leaking oil everywhere. The oil leak is so bad they clearly knew it was leaking prior to the sell . I don’t recommend them, find a company that will that sell you a non broken car .

Super Disappointed in Butler Nissian. My mother has been vehicles from them for over 30 years. Recently She purchased and used vehicle. The vehicle had roaches in it and had the smell it had a roach bomb. Later on the transmission began to fail. I took the vehicle to Nissian where they had my vehicle for over a week to run test. A week later the results came back that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I took the vehicle to nissian dealership in atlanta and was told in an hour that the transmission was no good. Im so disappointed in nissian and how they treated my elderly mother!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM

I went in Saturday to get an appraisal for my 2018 Nissan Altima for a POSSIBLE trade. So they bring out a very basic 2020 Rouge. Yes my payments were lowered but I wasnt as happy with this car as I should have been. I go to take this car back after only having it a day and before commiting I told them I needed until Monday to make a decision. They tell me the loan info has been processed and my car is already GONE. I call the bank who it is to be financed thru and they dont have anything yet. Which means they lied to keep a sale. I have heard of people bringing cars back all the time. When making a big purchase it should be about the customer and not the salesman to get a check. They offered to put me in another Altima but wanted 4500 down. Now yall being funny. This isnt good practice by any means. I most certainly wont be dealing with Butler nothing ever again.

Service wasnt ideal dont plan on returning. I called ahead to find on if service was complimentary if I came to macon and I was told it was included. After vehicle was serviced I was told something differently and that this is only is applied the first time. However, There was a complimentary car wash but it appeared nothing was done. Wasted trip. My service rep,Michelle, went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!!!! She thoroughly explained everything that was done to the vehicle and even explained the findings of the checkpoint. I have NEVER had that take place before. Thank you for everything. Just simply fantastic!!!
