Great customer service all the way around!!! They kept me informed about the status of my car and what to expect. My work schedule is very challenging to work around and they were able to help with keeping this stressor of car accident at a minimum. I really appreciate the amazing customer service!!! Over all it was a great experience. Very professional. Look over the work very well before leaving. They painted two doors on my vehicle there is a spot missed and a few grains in the paint which could have been corrected. Overall I would take my vehicle there again.

Unfortunately, my car was in a wreck. Ms.Tina took real good care of me setting up everything. When I arrived she greeted me with a big smile. After hearing of the experiences my friends and coworkers have had with repair shops that work directly with auto insurance companies, I was expecting a nightmare. To my surprise, CARSTAR made my experience a dream! Not only did they do an exceptional job replacing/repairing the bumper and exhaust of my 4Runner after a rear-end collision, the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Tina was on top of it! She worked with my schedule for drop off & pick up, updated me on the progress of my vehicle more frequently than I even requested, and honestly came to feel like a close personal friend. After I picked up my vehicle, she even called to make sure I made it to the gas station and back to work because she noticed I was on E. Oh! And I picked up my car cleaner on the inside when I dropped it off!

Staff showed concern for my needs as the accident happened 200 miles from home. They kept me well informed along the way and accommodated my preferences for pickup. Updates on the process were constantly sent in the manner in which I requested. Communication was always professional and informative.

Dean Fischer President of Star care this company along with the manager showed no sort of respect or regard for me nor the motor vehicleI was threatened and told to take the vehicle off of the property into never bring it back I then had to walk home and get another car along with cables in order to get the Mercedes started.When I got there your representative Miss Tina try to start the car but it would not start I asked her then very politely to send me someone out here,thats when the manager came out threatening me telling me to get the car off his property into never bring it back there again oh he performed for his academy award all I want is my car fixed properly you received the $10,000 please fix my car

Awesome service, and turn around time. Britan got us in and out in less than a day. After we payed another company to unsuccessfully diagnose and fix the problem, they got it first shot. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

I carried my 2012 Kia Rio to Carstar Collision Center several months ago when I had been rear ended at a traffic light. They were paid $2800 to repair the rear end of the car. There was visual damage that you could see and they did a good job in that. There was damage to the undercarriage that was not visible. On that they made a mess. I carried it back to them to fix the undercarriage and they said they had done the work right and refused to fix the mess. My insurance company then sent me to Motorworks on Mercer University Blvd. For an additional $780.00 they fix the undercarriage and did a great job. I strongly recommend them if you need your car repaired that has been in a collision! A true 5 star company!!

I dont appreciate the negative remarks, we went above and beyond for Chris and he treated us like dirt. This just goes to show you that some people you cant please no matter what. We at CARSTAR care a great deal about satisfaction so dont believe everything you read. CARSTAR is an excellent company and we love our customers, even the negative ones.
My experience with Preferred Collision has been awesome especially with the help of Britain hes gone above and beyond the call of duty, Very PROFESSIONAL in whatever he does, Britain has done wonders to my 2005 Ford Mustang on couple of occasions, paying attention to detail, the color matching the precision,parts everything spot on,your car looks like nothing has happened to it when its finished. So I had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Lee when they were still preferred collision, and also since Carstar. Some of the nicest people Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They have repaired minor damages on a couple of vehicles for me. Leaving my vehicles looking good as new. I wont go anywhere else to have body work done on my vehicle. I trust them to always be fair.
Used these guys twice.To be fair they did a good job on the repair, car looked good as new.However a warning. Last time we had them do work as the Allstate preferred repair shop after my wife hit a large dog at 55mph. Upon first repair they had to replace the ac condenser and also the power steering cooler. Located attached to the radiator and directly behind the radiator. After we get the car back the heater worked intermediately. I called and was told there was NOTHING they could have done to cause the issue, Looked into it further and the radiator was low on coolant and that will cause the issue. We filled the radiator and heat came back. I called and informed them and again they stated they werent responsible. Anyhow on driving it further it became apparent that there was a radiator leak. brought it to them and they located the leak on the radiator and insisted it wasnt the accident or their work that did it. I stated that may be possible, however that it was also very possible that the impact and or the work caused the issue. After all the items in front and behind the radiator were damaged and the ac condenser they had replaced is attached to the radiator and it is entirely possible that the leak was covered. Plus there was never any issue prior to the accident.I insisted they contact the insurance company who in fact did agree to cover the work. The insurance company never even asked to speak with me and I didnt, they only spoke to the guy from Carstar trying to get out of doing the work.What REALLY is amazing is when I picked the vehicle up I was informed LOUDLY in front of everybody (including a sheriffs deputy) that I had received a Christmas gift and that the damage was NOT caused in the accident and I was getting something I should not be getting.Needless to say, I was less than impressed to be accused of insurance fraud in front of a deputy, especially when the insurance company was fully aware of their concerns and covered it anyhow. If I had any suspicion at all that the issue was not a result of the accident I would have bought a new radiator for all for $85 and installed it myself, its easy. I pay my insurance for a reason, and when damage is caused by an accident I expect it to be repaired and when it is and I get a 100% satisfaction for as long as you own your car promise, I expect that to last a week.So..just be warned who you may be dealing with. The job was well done, timely (in fact on the original repair I dropped it off and told them I would be out of town a week, after 3 days they started calling twice a day asking I pick it up, when I had told them I would be gone a week, found out they get their rating from how quickly the customer picks it up. Still was annoying however, especially being on the west coast and having them call at quarter to six in the morning local time...)
I had the best experience at CARSTAR. My car looks brand new, and Collin kept me updated on my car daily! I felt welcomed once I dropped off and picked up my car:) Collin and the staff provided the best customer service ever. I highly recommend Carstar!

Piss poor service asked to get air in my vehicles tire and they stated they dont own a air chuck you have a body shop no need to carry a rude attitude do not do business with these people

Easily the most dishonest place Ive worked for. Told on multiple occasions to make it work when parts were found to be broken after the initial estimate. They are currently refusing to pay my last weeks wages and are claiming to have possibly lost my time card. Will be pursuing my wages through other means. If youve ever taken your car here, check for broken or missing clips for validity of this review.
Mrs. Tina was very delegent with making sure I got my rental car. She made sure I was taking care of. I’m so appreciative for her. I believe my car will be taking care of just like I am right now. Who would have thought that she would have gone the extra mile to do this for me. She was heaven sent today. Thanks also for mrs Rebecca and Mrs. Christy for being supportive and getting me transported to the car rental.

All I have to say is never take your car here unless you dont care about your vehicle. There service is garbage the power dont know how to talk to the customer when asking about your vehicle. The mechanic are garbage very poor customer and there work performance is even worser.

Carstar worked hard and professionally, excellent work force and they went the extra mile. would give them my work anytime.( fortunately that hasnt happened that often ) but when it does Carstar is my choice.
I personally worked here at CarStar and i was exceptionally pleased at how they welcomed me. These guys here showed me the ropes and showed me how to do my job right and professionally.. Also had two great bosses Mr.Walter Lee and Mr.Bloodworth the enviroment was great and i really enjoyed my experience sorry i had to leave due to some family and personal issues but again thank you guys for giving me an opportunity from the start.
I got sided swiped so insurance suggested this place so I took it here. Right from the get go I was very pleased with this body shop. I walked in and the customer server was phenomenal. From the moment they found out my name they let me knew they were going to take care of everything for me. Its not often you leave a body shop with no worries on what the work was going to be like with having no prior experience with the shop before, but the staff made me feel more than secure. I got the car back in a timely manner considering the damage. And couldnt be more pleased with the work. The car actually looks better now than when I brought it in. STAY AWAY. Completely dishonest. Horrible experience. They charged me for brand new parts and upon inspection after the job was done i noticed the parts hadnt been changed at all. Almost $600 worth of parts. When confronted they finally agreed to replace the parts but could only find used parts that totaled $200 and they refused to refund the difference. The job itself was only ok, saw a lot of blemishes and lines in the paint. I pride myself on honesty and this company fell so short. They should be ashamed of the kind of business they run. I will say Brit tried to make it better but seemed to get blocked at every attempt by his boss/owner.
