I have to be gluten free and dairy free. Google stated their would be something for me here and before their was a gluten free brownie as well as dairy free ice cream choices. This time there was nothing for me. Made me really sad.

All around great ice cream the waffle cone was very good and the employee gave it to me for free!

So, Pulled in. Asked them what kind of ice cream they have. They tell us, 10 minutes before they close. The guys says “actually we are closed.” So, they wouldn’t serve us after telling us the ice cream they have. I think it’s pretty sad that the time it says online to close is 10pm. They actually close at 7pm. We show up at 6:50pm and still can’t get service. Better just say “eh close whenever we feel like it!”

Pulled in at 6:20 to get ice cream on Valentine’s Day and they said they don’t have any ice cream because they put it all away and then they said they didn’t have any doughnuts because they threw them all away already. Unprofessional considering they’re the only ice cream place in town

A single scoope on the 31st is only $1.75 i was charged full price and i ordered four single scoopes and got 2 singles and a double. And the person that was at the drive through window was not wearing gloves and touched the end of all of my spoons. I will not be going back to this location or possibly any other location again.

Been there twice, never got service, left both times. First time, like 30 minutes after opening hour, staff person was sitting outside in car waiting for someone to open store. Second time was 5 minutes before closing. I went to drive thru, no one took order. I eventually drive around and see girl that was working staring at her phone. Be nice if they were open and giving service during their posted hours.

They got my order wrong thru drive thru so I went in to get it right and she argued with me on what I said. Never said she was sorry then she changed her story and said she didnt take my order on drive thru. She just handed it back and said nothing. I go out to my car to find it was still wrong. Apparently a Texas toast with just bacon does not mean the same thing to everyone.

The service was horrible the portions of ice cream or very smalland then when I went back and asked for another scoop because it was 2 in below the Sunday container rim they said sure the charge me $1.65... and it was all melted ice cream and syrups.. Will never go there again!

Employees are rude and lazy. They worry about drive thru customers and ignore the customers inside.

Stopped on the way home from an FFA event and they werent crowded at all but service was still very slow. Store wasnt the cleanest but the ice cream was good!

Depending when you go there, staff may or may not welcome you like they did when first opened. Their drinks seem to be prepared differently from day to day. 6/25/18 had a cappicheno blast which was excellent but 6/26/18 same cappicheno tasted good but was runny.

Walked in and was there 10 minutes waiting for service to get an ice cream cone no one even said I will be with I shortly😡 and the gal at the register was spending her time visiting with her customers they are very short handed that’s why I gave it the time I did but there was no eye contact at all. This was the 2nd time this has occurred.

I stopped for a couple donuts and coffee. Got my order, in and out quickly.

By far the worst place to get ice cream in Macomb. The past two times weve tried going there, we end up with no ice cream. Weve sat at the order screen and told to wait. After 5-10 minutes when no one returns to take our order, we pull away. Im beyond disappointed in this location and the service.

Don’t do it. Slowest staff on planet earth. Also- out of cones, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream. Why? How? Open sign off @4:00 yet they were not closed. Might as well pack your janky store up and leave town. Pathetic.
