Staff very helpful picking out softball cleats, bag, and a new bat for our granddaughter! Pleasant and knowledgeable!! When I noticed a bag on sale they were quick get down and were very pleasant about it - even though it was a lot less than the one they were showing me:)

I bought a pair of brooks shoes from Hibbett sports almost a year ago and they are still in great shape the staff are great help. I just moved to Washington IL back in November of 2020 do they have a Hibbett sports in Peoria IL ?

Manager rude so was associate. Came in to get son new shoes for dance. I didnt know opened later on Sunday. Manager walks out of shop two minutes before opens to go to bank. Comes back 7 mins after. Then said hold on he still had to open store before. He unlocked doors very rude.

I bought $90 shoes that tore within a week. I took them back and had my receipt to exchange them or get a refund and they refused! Terrible customer service. I would think twice before purchasing anything here!
