Krista was the BEST! When there were still at least 3 customers in the store tonight the other guy that was working with her left at the exact time he was supposed to get off, leaving her to help everyone on her own. She did phenomenal! She bounced between us all while helping a few others that came in as well. She never got stressed & she never stopped smiling. I’ll ask for her every time!

Rarely is a visit or call to Verizon an enjoyable experience for either the customer or the Verizon agent, but my perspective has been completely transformed by Krista! When I called to ask about changes to my plan I expected a half-hearted response with the agent continuously pulled away to address other customers questions. Instead, Krista immediately expressed genuine interest in answering my questions, maintained a very cheerful and helpful demeanor throughout our discussion and committed some of her personal time to resolve an issue that popped up later. I appreciated that she encouraged me to make an in-store appointment so I could avoid a long wait and she could provide undivided attention to my case. Additionally, she informed me that I was eligible for a couple of promotions and introduced me to a new service to insure my home electronics. She provides a level of service far beyond any Ive encountered in this industry, and Im sure she will be running the world someday soon. :)

Deserves 0 stars. The employees are ok. However the store is very poorly run and under staffed. They have 1 person working at the moment and 7 people waiting to be helped. I am 3rd in line and have been waiting over an hour. When a new person walks in to be helped they are not even acknowledged or looked at. Currently 3 people have left because of obvious frustration. The phone has been ringing off the hook and nobody answers. This is awful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I just got a new phone after putting the task off far too long. Krista Ellington helped me through the transition process efficiently and pleasantly. I can even say it was enjoyable! A question the next day was handled as easily as in the initial visit. A+++ for Krista! This kind of experience is what keeps me coming back to Verizon!

Had a breathtaking experience with Kenton the district manager. He saved me $25 a month and still got us into new phones. The other guy there who kind of looks like a human version of Gumby (Nick?) was funny, but clearly not as good as Kenton. Will be back for sure.

She was great. I was just returning from overseas. Hadnt slept in 2days. Fixed my phone in just a couple minutes. Then..... we tried customer support to fix a problem with my bill... 10 minutes later and no answer on the phone and we gave up so I could get some rest. She was awesome, sorry I forgot her name. But customer service on phone was a no show. Shes why you got the higher rating. Phone is why you lost a star.

Out of desperation I stopped by the Verizon store at 1739c E Jackson St, Macomb, IL. I walked in and was greeted by Krista Ellington, what ever she is being paid it is not enough, who proceeded to help me. Not only did she fix my problem but she was able to figure out why it was happening in the first place. Thank you Krista! I will be back and will gladly recommend you.

Krista Ellington I am from Milwaukee and I have been coming to Macomb to see my 93 year old mother. After visiting with her I found my phone not turning on and I was not going home to Milwaukee with out a phone. I stopped here and was going to buy a new phone. In a matter of minutes she had it fixed and I was in the car to head for home. Since them my phone had died and I had lost everything. My friends got it working again but I felt like it was a new operating system. I was able to use my phone but had no numbers or pictures. Everthing seemed different and I was just getting by. Lucky for me she was there again and has totally fixed my phone. She is the best of any verizon employee. I can honestly say when I have to buy a new phone I will call here and if she is still here I will make a 10 hr trip just so I know I have the best.
