I love doing business with Moore Tires. The building is clean, waiting room is large and comfortable. The service is fast, and has always been extremely good.The prices are very fair and the people who work there are great. I have never had any problems with them.

They were able to get my vehicle in even though it was within an hour of closing. I had 6 hours of driving to do that night and doing it on a spare wasnt an option I was looking forward to doing. It was a big relief that they were willing to take me that late. Thanks

Got my fuel pump done by them and it took them three different pumps to finally install it correctly. Very unprofessional, literally didn’t even put my back seat back on at all, it was just laying on the floor of my car. They got it running but now my car makes a weird noise that it didn’t before until I got it back from them. They won’t fix it and they’re trying to charge me $400+. I will definitely be finding a better mechanic.

I’m from out of town needed two tires on a rental truck called not only did they have some in stock but there price was very competitive and got me in and out in a timely fashion… courteous and professional !!!

The service is quic but for tires I found it to be way overpriced. I went in and got a quote for $54 dollar tires and came out with a quote of $450+. I went to Walmart for comparison and picked a $74 tire at $412 for the whole installation for all four tires. I quite simply cannot get behind that kind of pricing given that 4 $54 tires would come out to $216 and the cost of installation of 4 tires at moore was $191 the total should come to $407 and some tax.

Was able to a quote for brakes and rotors within 10 minutes . They said they could have the parts and get car fixed in two days. The called in the morning on second day and car was done. Fantastic service!!

Went in for a tire rotation without an appointment scheduled. They set the proper expectation for time to get the job done. Very professional and friendly. I felt the service tech truly cared about me and my vehicle.

Got a tire patched and an oil change. I originally came in for a tire patch which was done quickly. Then I made a comment about needing an oil change too and the employee I dealt with (cant remember name) said hed have them take my car back in and get the oil change so we did that. We really like the people at Moores. They are always helpful and we feel they are honest and reasonable.This time they fixed my flat tire and checked under my vehicle for a rattling noise I kept hearing.

I will never use them again and buyer beware. The charged me for 10 foot of brake line at $7.25 per foot to go about 2-3 feet from the master cylinder to the front drivers wheel. Theyre labor rate is $112 per hr which is out of this world for where we live. I was stuck out of town with a child in the hospital so I really didnt have any options. I feel totally ripped off!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Did a good job aligning my car

I have a 2015 Chevy spark I went to Moore Tires to get a oil change and they demolish my car it doesn’t run at all! I have to get it towed and they refused to help me! they demolish my brand new 2015 and refused to help any type of way far as getting tow to my Dealership or anything.They did my left and right wheel bearing good but please do not go here for a ~oil change~

I was in a bind from a previous tire place, and Moore Tires, Abagail, Brandon and staff were are very helpful with me having to bring my tires with me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything function before they were done! Thank you so much :)

Professional and personable as always. I dropped my truck off for steers to be balanced and went about my day. They called when it was done. Cheaper than a truck stop and much nicer than a truck stop. They have a comfy waiting area for customers as well. Full size semis fit just fine and theres alot of stuff Within walking distance.

I loved my experience with Mokre Tires! With two little kids at home and lots to do getting ready for a trip, I used their valet service for an oil change and it worked like a dream. It was so easy with no extra cost! The price was great and they have friendly customer service. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on.

Went in to get a new wheel and tire installed for a 2019 Duramax the guy at the counter let me explain what I needed than never said a word to me while me and a coworker stood there for 10 minutes he helped incoming calls. Than I sat down for another 20 minutes and he helped the customers that came in after me before ever even acknowledging me so I left and now Im leaving this review in their parking lot.

Alignment was garbage, only adjusted the tow and not camber and tires were ruined in a weeks time. Said new tirods were necessary before they would align, had replaced myself and was told they werent even bad. Would not recommend doing business here.

My son had a low tire on his car; we couldnt get it to take air; called Moores; they got him right in and fixed his low tire for a very fair price. Happy customer. Maybe deserves a five but have to leave room for them to improve. :)

I stopped in to make an appointment to get tires. I had been quoted a price a few weeks ago by Abby. I worked with Brandon and he told me they were in stock....then he said it would be noon before they could get it in. I was shocked when I said Today??? He said yes. When I asked how long would it take he said about 2-3 hours total. I asked if I could get a ride home and he said there was a car I could use. I ran my errands, went home and it was done much earlier than I expected. The price stayed was what had been quoted including checking alignment. I was very happy with my experience. Thank you!

Came in with a nail in a tire wanted a patch. They got us in quickly. Found out treadwas separated & unable to patch. Staff were friendly & helpful. I couldnt afford a new tire. They had a used one at a reasonable price. Had us taken care of in a reasonable time. Only recommendation in maby a snack dispenser. All in all a good experience. Thanks! !

Tires purchased at Moore had to be replaced at 13,000 miles per my mechanic’s safety concerns. No warranty coverage because not yet “bad enough” despite being told the vehicle was going to my daughter who drives Chicago interstates daily. Minimal discount given on new tires. Replacement tires were not delivered by needed date and caused great inconvenience with no accommodation made. Only suggestion was to substitute tires they currently had in stock. I have purchased tires from this business for years and will not be returning.

The service was great. They have a nice seating area for you to hang out while you wait. and they were terrific about coming back to me and letting me know about what needed to be done on my car before they would do it. My only thing is I didnt expect to spend as much money as I ended up spending. But part of that is also because its been so long since my car was serviced so the next time I take my car in Ill see what kind of cost that turns out to be and make a judgment call on the fees they charge then. because I think mostly the reason why my bill was so high like I said was because its been quite a long time before it had been serviced. All in all I was pretty happy and would recommend them.

Fair priced I thought. Only complaint is had to call to see when it was done. Not a deal breaker quick work to I thought. Would recommend them. Labor might seem high but skilled labor ain’t cheap.

Overall- good. Can’t do five stars because I traveled from Carthage for my appointment only to find they forgot to order the tire! So, I jumped in my car, headed back to Carthage only to turn around and redo the trip the next day to get the tire. Whew 😥 quite a few extra miles not to mention the lost time. Yet I maintained a reasonable attitude understanding performance is but a thin action obstructing that which is desired versus reality.As I paid the $300 + bill, my presumption of a humble statement of apology for my inconvenience was not to come. How sad. I gritted my teeth; gave a small, less than sincere smile, and meekly shuffled off to my vehicle 🚗. Happily finding my shiny new tire, pumped with air, and securely attached to the vehicle...my normal cheerful countenance returned!So thank you Moore, for giving me a great story to share with anyone who might be interested in listening. Four stars max.

They were very courteous and compassionate about our situation. They got us right in and found the problem immediately. I felt extremely taken advantage of at this place. The assistant made a mistake taking my information down and wrote sway bar instead of stabiltrak. This turned a $900 repair into over $3000 dollars. Even though they admitted to making the mistake they still charged me for all the unnecessary repairs they made on my truck because I okayed the repairs. I never would have allowed them to do so had they not told me it would 100% fix my problem, which of course it didnt, because they were fixing something entirely different. They also admitted that they receive commission on these sales.I would strongly consider taking your vehicle elsewhere. Or at the very least get a second opinion if you are someone like me with little knowledge about automotive repair. I have tried to contact the owner to reason with him on my situation but have thus far been ignored.I feel I should also mention that the local manager, his name is Ted, originally sympathized with my situation and offered to pay for half the parts used until the owner instructed him not to.

My tire went flat on the coldest day of the year and I had to leave my car on the side of the road. Moore Tire took my flat off, replaced it, drove my car back to the shop, replaced the other tires, then had my car warmed up and ready to go the next morning.All I had to do was call them and they took care of everything else! I was so glad I didn’t have to get out in wind chill of 25 degrees below zero. These guys are the best!

Another shop in town wouldnt honor an online appointment that I made and had proof of in my email. I called Moore Tires and asked if they can fit me in for an oil change. They told me come on in and they could get me started. Sure enough, they pulled my car in and got started right away. Thank you Moore Tires for being so friendly and efficient. Moore Tires employee, Abbigayle, driving her pick-up truck stopped to ask me if I needed help as I started to change a flat tire. Although strangers to each other, it was very neighborly and not too unusual in this relatively small community of very friendly people. I had the equipment and knowledge to do the job in a normal circumstance, but one out of the four lug nuts needed professional equipment to loosen. She introduced herself, examined the problem and agreed that we could damage the nut without help with the right wrench and know how. She left for the shop and sent a fully equipped mechanic who arrived shortly. Chris verified the usability of my spare tire, changed the flat and we proceeded to the shop. At no time did he or Abby presume that I had to take my business to them. They just happened to be the answer to prayer not yet prayed while I was between jobs in a busy work day. It was a no brainer that I needed a new tire. They gave me a choice of new tires, replaced same and gave me an oil change at my request and did so while I continued my work day with a required employer provided car. Abby gave me a lift to my employment and later dropped off my personal car there so I could make the exchange after hours without extra travel. I paid my bill conveniently between employer assignments. The price was reasonable. I have known big city places in the past where predators wait to jump on people in my situation. This was definitely 5 star service.

Flat tire on 67 (with no spare tire) between rushville and Littleton. Called for help at a business in rushville. After 45 minutes they called back and said they couldnt help me because it was too late in the day. Called Moore Tires and they got a service tech to me right away without hesitation. They mounted a new tire roadside for me and I was one my way. If it happens again, Moore Tires will be my first call. A+ service. Thank you Moore Tires!

First time Ive been to this shop. Car was acting up after I got off work in carthage. Didnt think Id make it all the way back to Galesburg. Messaged my old friend Adam, and he said they could fit me in. Once they pulled my car in the shop, it wasnt even 15 minutes and it was fixed. Super friendly staff, clean facilities. Would definitely be my go to shop if I lived closer.

I was hesitant to call them at first. Everyone I spoke with said they were very an expensive option. I can honestly say the other business in Macomb (Rhymes with Dumb Mart). Lied to me and sold me things I did not need. Brandon was honest and upfront and explained the entire process. Happily it was reasonably priced, timely accomplished, and I woy recommy them to anyone.

The service was excellent, but the wait times are excessive. They seem to think their “no appointments “ policy is an advantage for the customer. It is not. I will go where I can make an appointment next time.

Overpriced. I was charged $400 to replace a starter. I called another mechanic the next day and was quoted $280. I was also charged $125 to replace a battery cable.

Moore tires did a good job with the tires replacement and alignment on my car. They have reasonable prices for the labor and Yokohama tires.

They got my car in right away but then took what seemed like a long time to complete a tire repair.

Extremely expensive for price. Cost me $150 for them to swap a Downpipe on my truck, I honestly should’ve just cut it off and did the work myself, would’ve saved me a good chunk of money had I known it was going to cost that much for them to cut it off.

Needed to new tires they replaced them In less than 12 hours and when i picked my vechicle up I didnt have a snow brush I asked to borrow one The young lady working the front end did not only go to her car for her snow brush but while I waited inside for her to return she instead went out in the cold and started cleaning the snow and ice from my vehicle and refused to let me do it she was amazing I feel ashamed I cant recall her name . The date Was Jan 2nd 2021 I was in store before 9 perfect perfect experience. AGAIN SHE WAS AWESOME

These people are great. The girl up front was very courteous and also went outside and covered our vans drivers seat with plastic and drove the car inside. She kept us updated on what was being done. This was an awesome place to go too! I’ve lived in Macomb for about 5 years now (undergrad @ WIU then came back for grad school) and I’ve always been skeptical of places I’m unaware of. My family friend works on cars for a living and after research told me to go here.I’m so glad I did. Had all 4 new tires replaced and was out the door within an hour tops. Everyone was and or seemed friendly and I got to see exactly what was happening on my car. The waiting place was clean with multiple styles of seating (couches, high tops and a table). There website was very detailed which left no room for guessing or grey area. I would 100% go back to them if I needed anything tire related or probably even service related for my vehicle.

I was in Macomb visiting my daughter and got a flat tire. Moore Tires had the tire I needed in stock and were able to fix it right away.

Bad service. Did not put my oil cap back on my oil and drove it and had oil everywhere under my hood.. and did not fill up my fluids. I took my vehicle back for them to get it right. When I got back home the 2nd time they still DID NOT fill.my liquids up and never even apologized for any of this. Also, one of our tires almost came off going down the highway after they rotated them one of the times we went. Last but not least they brought my vehicle back upfront from rotating my tires another time and while it was sitting IN the parking lot one of the guys noticed the lug nuts never even got tightened. He was cussing mad at the idiots who did it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First time customer. Purchased 2 tires and the price was very good vs other outlets. Service was quick and in the time promised. Only hiccup was them leaving the low tire warning light on. I had to turn around for the adjustment which they did immediately. I believe we will use them again.

Service was courteous, and I didnt have to wait beyond a usual wait for your turn amount of time. I was taking in old tires for recycling and the attendant gave me clear directions. He met me outside, took the two tires with rims so the rims could be removed, and showed me where to place the other tires close by. Im very happy with their service.

Was having some issues with the tire pressure in my car. Walked in, had a short wait, then they fixed the problem in a speedy manner. It was such a simple fix, they took some air out of my tires and fixed the sensor. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and I will definitely go back there with any tire issues I may have in the future.
