Great people. Very knowledgeable. Helpful with getting you the right equipment and materials and they have a little of everything.

Im familiar with the renting world but I find this place some what unprofessional and needs to be double checking their maintenance on theyre equipment. I called to reserve something and the person I spoke to didnt tell me the correct information. And the rental came on a trailer and I was only hauling it 10 mins down the road. 1 minute out of the gate the trailer brakes were clapping even when turned all the way down. We called and spoke to someone and they told me to crawl under the trailer and clip the break wires. I understand what it is and how to do it I just found it extremely unprofessional and dangerous that they dont double check there work.

I always enjoy going to BEI THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT the owner is about the business of customer satisfaction and his staff reflects that go there you wont be disappointed !!!!!!!!

Theres not much not to like about BEI, your first impression will likely be that its a store only for professionals... And thats a good thing. The equipment is all top of the line, the store is managed by experts, they meticulously maintain all of the equipment so you wont have a problem during your rental. You can check out the various competition but ultimately youll understand why this place is always busy and you have to / should reserve your equipment for 5 days ahead of time. Theyre that busy. Ask for ian, you cant miss him, he hilariously looks exactly like Tim Misny (also he happens to be the most knowledgeable person regarding machinery that I have ever met).

I am a retired building contractor living in California. I come back to Ohio once a year to do maintainance and upkeep on my parents house. I have always been able to drive past the big home centers and right to BEi Supply and Rental to get everything I could need for every project. From a chainsaw to a sewer auger, a pressure washer to a carpet cleaner. A full service Ace hardware and paint center and much more. You will notice that many of the professional tradesmen are there supplying their projects. And unlike the big box stores they actually still employ helpful people that know there products.

Small town rental with competitive pricing and great customer service. I rented some concrete finishing tools for very reasonable prices.

One time I had the most bogus adventure. My best friend and I were killed by our robot clones, and we were forced to build our own most awesome robots clones to defeat them. This place had everything we needed.

After my 1st experience today, I see no reason to return to Home Depot or Lowes. Great place and people

This is my favorite building supply/hardware store.The most competent staff Ive ever met,They are always able to help me find a solution: paint, electrical, plumbing, you name it. Best store ever for a DIY person.Best part: No Self Checking.If you hate self checking like I do, this is your store as well.

I needed a toilet part. They had what I needed, shelves were neat and well stocked. In and out in 5 minutes.

I work for the company that manages their website. Weve had them as loyal customers for over eight years. Larry, Ian and Jacquie are a pleasure to work with. I visited them along with my associate this morning to meet with Jacquie and Ian and get a feel for the store and was welcomed despite not having a scheduled appointment as we were in the area. They have a great inventory and wide selection of everything from rental equipment to cleaning solution and commercial and industrial supplies for contractors. Their service to the community for over 40 years is impressive, and add to that their being owned by the same family all that time is even more so!

How someone could give this a 1-Star review is almost beyond me... Probably someone who never rented equipment before. Though its not my job to do damage-control, I can tell you that B.E. is great to work with. I am a repeat customer many times over... Great help, advice, and selection.

I guess if you are to lock your keys in your car on a Monday... this is the place you would want it to happen! I was on a business errand to pick up shoe covers for our installers and got out to my car when I realized the doors were locked and the keys were sitting on the seat... Oh don’t you love the case of the Mondays. (Big. Fricken. Sigh!!)After minutes of trying to stick my hand in the crack of my window I came to the conclusion it would be best to swallow my pride and go back into the store to ask if they had something to try to unlock the doors. Let’s just say every guy behind the counter wasted no time and was right on it! A HUGE thanks again to the people at BEI for being so kind to take the time to help me out! Our company will continue to do business with them in the future, they have everything you need and then some!

Awesome place, staff comes up to you and asks what your looking for and takes you right to it if they have it, everyone is super friendly.

Tent & tables wear filthy. I guess I can deal with that but rudely calling and demanding a signed contract day of (like we dont have enough to do) was just poor customer service. I have no problem with a friendly reminder but this was far from it. I have no idea what I paid for but the bill was 100 more than I thought it would be

It seems they removed my last review. As I am preparing to sue BEI for fraud, I discovered some shady business dealings by them yet again. I was billed over $1200 for a rental of a tiller and I just looked at the final receipt and they had reduced it to $750 or so and still charged be $280 on top of the $900 or so they initially charged. So it looks like these guys are racist, liars and above all, think that their customers are dumb. Nice try. See you in court.
