Normally I have exceptional customer service but today 4/9/21 was horrible! The young lady at the 1st register was completely inappropriate and when she didn’t know how to do something she would just say it wasn’t possible when I’ve done it hundreds of times before. Please provide additional training to Sharon, Sherry
Update: 6/8/21-Today I received a personal phone call from the store owner. He listened very attentively and promised to investigate. I got the sense that he really cared about my experience and valued me as a customer. I am upgrading my review from a 1 to a 4. I will be returning as a regular customer. Thank-you for reaching back out to me so quickly!!!Disgusted with the impersonal, icy response from some of the agents there. To be specific, I’ve had nothing but less than lukewarm interactions withS. K. M. there. He was (once again) unfriendly and rudely interrupted me when I was explaining my notarizing needs (I wasn’t asking him a question, I was merely pointing out my circumstances). After I explained my intentions, he said nothing in response. He acted as if he was doing me a favor. Well, I let the other not so favorable interactions with him slide, but this time I called corporate and filed a formal complaint. I hope that it gets back to him because while he doesn’t have to be overly disingenuously courteous, he could at least pretend that he cares about his customer base-especially one like me who’s been going to this location since the days of Geno and his nephew/owner whose name I sadly can’t recall right now. (RIP) when they were located in the Publix Providence Pavillion . I grieved his death like many others in the community. To be treated so unprofessionally by you with such indifference after all these years is insulting and offensive. I won’t be returning ever.I hope you see this, S. K. M.. I purposely left out your name out of respect. I hope you change and help keep this black business a strong pillar in our wonderful, racially diverse community. Too much competition around you.
The BEST UPS Store I have ever been to. I own a small business and I ship out hundreds of packages/week. The employees at this store are always SO helpful. I was standing in the long line today and one of them spotted me, came to me, and took my packages for me. Really made my day. They all deserve a raise.
It is a sketchy place. I had a wrong address label entered once. Second time the manager barked at the kid helping me and my 15$ tiny light box USPS jumped to nearly 19. People at the front seemed nice and courteous and quick enough.
They charge a $3 convince fee for notary service here. It was not convenient for me to drive all the way there and pay them that large fee. If I knew about the large fee, I wouldn’t have wasted my gas. I went ahead and paid because I was already there but won’t be going back.
Very polite service! Extra helpful since I needed a box for the boxed item to be shipped. And this was the Saturday before Christmas!
Excellent fast service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and roomy. Came here after another store closer to me had long line and waiting time.

Apparently it’s totally fine to double charge a customer in their ignorance. The only reason a did business with this UPS is because the vendor I was buying from had a joint promotion with UPS, I paid all my normal fees still to be met with an additional fee because they were miseducated.
Very busy, but convenient for someone who doesn’t want to go to the post office and etc for shipping needs/business needs.. I used the computer tho..
Had appointment for notary service, went in the store they advised notary wasn’t there and will be back in 30 minutes. Advised the website is not accurate for appointments??? Really. This place has always given the worst service. Poor customer service. I had to go to UPS store on S Cobb who gave excellent service.
I wanted to get some sticky labels printed, not sure if they did and due to having a small amount of time to work with, I called before I went. Spoke to a Brian over the phone who told me that they did provide that service. I went to the store only to be told by another associate that they don’t do sticky labels and then she went on to say, ‘If Brian told you that we do, I don’t know where he keeps those labels’. Now, with the effects of COVID-19 you know everything takes a little more time. I stood in line for 20 mins only to be told some BS after I called and made sure before I went! In addition, why do you have people working in the damn store if they don’t know anything??!! Everyone working at any establishment should be knowledgeable enough to know what to do and where stuff are kept!
Mr. Gary has world class customer service skills. He was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of

I used this location because it is convenient. I find the staff personable. When in doubt I always ask questions!
There is always a line and the staff dont seem to have a sense of urgency. Very slow service. The guys who work in this store are not very friendly and come from a place of no rather than yes...or let me try. Not very good customer service, but a convenient location.
I went to the store to return a company laptop. As I was pulling up the return label in my email, the customer service agent at the counter offered to print it. It was not until after I sent the label that he charged me a $1.00 for sending label to the store’s email and then $0.15 for printing. I am completely upset that he waited until after the fact to mention the charges associated with this transaction.
Please put people in place that know what they are doing. How does someone not know how to reduce an image further in a word document for printing? If your computers are going to be down for public use, then please have people that know what they are doing. They wasted a whole hour of my life.
6/13/14 update:After the manager contacted me about my review, I gave them a second shot. Only one other customer there but I still ended up waiting a few minutes until I was acknowledged. Everything else went smoothly.1st visit review:Worst service ever1. No one acknowledged me for 15min of waiting. I dont ask for instant service, just greet me and tell me how long it will be2. Its clearly busy but the employees are moving as slowly as possible. I mean S L O W L Y walking from the backroom to the front. A stroll, really, while five customers are waiting.3. I asked them to pack and ship something, and the employee pointed me to the packing materials and suggested I do it myselfWell done, team. I wont be back.
Slowest ups store ever. Very busy, but they refuse to get additional staff. Be prepared to wait.

Slow as pond water. Employees have no sense of urgency or concern.
Every time I try to call them they either dont answer or put me on hold and never come back to the phone (Ive waited over 15 mins on hold). Ive been in here several times and I keep running into the same man. the last time I was there I was returning Amazon book rentals and he got the packing labels mixed up, when I tried to show him that they both have their own tracking numbers he assured me it didnt matter which one went with which box. Then he said Im pretty sure I know how to do my job thats why you dont work here and all I was doing was pointing out the paperwork DID have to be correct. Ive returned rentals plenty of times and it definitely DOES matter if you dont have the right slip with the right book. Finally a younger guy that was there to pick up packages for his truck finally intervened and told the guy he was wrong. He still kept making comments like Ive worked here blah blah years and this never mattered before and there were plenty of other people in the building too. Hes terrible to me and Ive noticed other people get frustrated with him too while waiting in line. The store isnt terrible but make sure you pay attention to the details. ALSO he refused to give me a receipt because he was busy and I had to wait for someone else to come print it for me because he just went on the help another person.
This is the UPS store I always try to go to. I find that the staff are genuinely friendly and a great bunch of folks. It seems that any bad reviews are concerning waiting...its just the nature of the beast. They can only serve one customer at a time so I dont mind waiting as long as they are making progress with each customer.

Whenever I buy a product and send it by ups, it ends up losing and that I always paid 10 dollars more supposedly for the product to arrive safely but this is already making me tired it is already too much if this continues like this I will send them why they are stolen my products whenever they send me some product by ups they dont deliver it to me they end up losing 😡
