Not the friendliest person youve ever meet but he is fair and does solid work. Repaired an engine that L&L messed up.

I had a mopar 440 I bought all the parts and Matt install them all and balance the crank to the pistons redone the heads great job very Happy Thank you matt.

The only machine shop I would do business with. The owner, Matt, is very knowledgeable and his level of quality is extremely high. He has done a great deal of work for me on many various project engines and I can count on the work being correct and finished ahead of time. I can also approach him with unusual work requests and these get done the same way. I am always pleased to see the finished product because I know it will be right.

I work at a dealership and use this machine shop to plane our heads, inspect and put together cylinder heads, they do an amazing job and have never had an issue with them before and will continue to use them.

They built a 1000hp LSX for me several years ago. I highly recommend to anyone.

They said they rebuilt hubby motor, was never done... Plus they put scratches inside pistons and tried to blame it on my husband.... They tried to tell us that it was fine put some sealent in it cause it was leaking also. We took to a good shop and our person said that they did nothing to the motor like they claimed, and Bishop screwed up the motor even worse to where we had to take somewhere else. They lie so much and will rob you of your money. I wouldnt recommend Bishop to even my worst enemy.... I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

After paying $1700.00 to have engine overhauled they didnt even bother to change freeze plugs and had main cap bearing bolts in wrong spot.In addition after installing, it was leaking coolant at the head gasket. Called Bishop Machine shop, and was told to go and buy engine coolant block seal and put it in motor. Wow. reluctantly we did and did not work. They took our money and ran..
