I would not recommend any one go to this location if you are in need of a knowledgeable staff. After I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff checked social media I then asked for assistance. I was in need of Cabinet grade paint (emerald) for a client. The lady at the front gave me the run around stating that there was not any cabinet paint available. I then said any paint will do. She explained that they where entirely out of paint. It was quit obvious she was being lazy and did not want to provide any type of service. I left in disbelief that Sherwin Williams had no paint available. I went across the street to the tractor supply and the staff provided me with more than enough paint and great customer service. As some one who’s livelihood depends on meeting clients goals in a timely fashion this location lacks a great deal of professionalism and knowledge. These people have no idea about paint or providing service to local contractors. My business will forever go to the kind folks across the street who have an outstanding amount of knowledge about the industry.

After discussing the kind of paint necessary I asked for semigloss and when I got home I saw that they sold me Gloss extra and ultra. I expected any person working in a sell paint only store to have better training . Also they charged me almost $43 for 2 Quarts of sample paint. And I did not receive the military discount. I will go to a different store for the -paint all house- purchase. This store doesnt want my business.
Calling all costumers!! Watch out for Shawanda. She has a horrible attitude and definitely not a people person, you don’t know you’re ordering paint or pick up a fight. Definitely not coming back here.

I had a great experience at this SW location. Justin was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the paint selections/finishes. They had a minor issue with their tint machine and Justin offered to direct me to the next store. I asked him to please give me a call when the machine is repaired and I will come pick it up. Justin kept me informed along the way on the repair and called to let me know my order was ready for pick up. Job well done and please visit this location for your paint services or needs.
They are always willing to help you with make the best paint type you need for your project.

Worst service ever. I got there around 4:55 and the doors were locked. Sign says they close by 5:00pm. A rude lady walked us saying they close in 2 seconds. I asked her can I come in to get paint made and her response was I can come in to look but they are not making paint.This type of poor service is totally inappropriate. I will take my business somewhere else.

The folks there are wonderful. I gave my order via the phone, they had it ready when I arrived and it was a great transaction, I would recommend going to them again in the future.
The overall experience was great. The Staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and super helpful. I had to go back to the store several times before I finally decided on a color and each visit I had the same positive experience and that is rare these days.
Very expensive paint, but the quality is outstanding. They matched my sample from 6 yrs back. Will definitely use your products for my next project.

Each time I was there it was busy. Associates were working diligently to assist customers and be friendly at the same time. The manager is great! He was helping customers and his associates at the same time to keep the process moving smoothly.
Was waiting in line for awhile saw one customer that came in behind me go ahead of me. Never acknowledge that I was even there until I got to counter. Need more employees or they just need to be more attentive of waiting clients. Will try to go to other Sherwin Williams going forward.

Smaller store, unlike larger chain retail locations. You will have hands on help, get what you need & out in a timely manner without the hassle of up-selling.

I would like to give ZERO star but, there is no option. please do not shop at this shop. really Bad service. Racist service, Lady name Torin or tourin African american lady, really bad customer service while i was trying to buy bulk 82 rooms paint & primer and tools. i was asking about manager and she is trying to saw me this is normal order. well, long story short, i would no recommend this store for future business. we are in this business over 20+ years and this is my 1st worst experience. i hope she get punish and get fired from that place. or will lose more business.... good luck guys with this lady.

The smallest size they would sell me is a gallon for touch up. Paid way more than I wanted to because of this and I had to get this paint since it was to match the original.

Waited about 10 minutes before anyone in the store acknowledged us, waited another 20 before being given 15 of the 40 gallons of paint we had called in previously and none of the 5 gallons of primer. Will not shop at this Sherwin Williams again.
