I worked here three weeks. The job is easy but if you come in talking about the discrimination you might as well quit cause you will be fired without warning ⚠️ how you make lead picker last week and this week you terminated saying my work was mot conducive to my responsibilities.. They want you to do all that for 11 dollars 💵 it’s so many others hiring for much more. My son work at McDonald’s making 11. They are a joke.. they have nice clothes thou.

They are advertising that theyre hiring and apply within the sign says....but the receptionist is non existing and no one answers the door. So, how are you suppose to apply inside or even turn the application back in when youve filled it out? I dont feel that this is the place to be or work at..

Very poor customer service and extremely poor communication! They treat the workers like trash. I feel terrible for them. If you want bad attitudes and nonchalant behavior ask for Marty, Milton, Nancy, or Patty. I have never been treated so poorly until Boxercraft. This place is just ridiculous! It’s obvious because they have no stability. See for yourself. You’ll never be back again.

Worked as a CSR with a 3 days training and being throwed into the pit without adequate training or neccesary tools. The team lead dont know anything and the Supervisor dont either. Customers calling about missing items or mis pulls the warehouse waist a lot of money. I wasnt trained in print or embroidery, but I was expected to assist customers with these calls, when we were told originally that we werent. Customers are mad because there isnt any communication when product doesnt move. My supervisor told a customer that she would meet a customer over the weekend, I asked her about it and she lied to my face and said that she arranged for the customer to pick it up instead. Guess who called in and never received anything nor a phone call from my Supervisor & I had to smooth it out for the customer, my supervisor refuse to talk to them. That is just 1 example of her passing the buck!! I have never worked for a company so unorganized in my life. I hope the owner finds out how these people are driving their business into the ground!!!
