I didn’t have the same experience as some of these reviewers. I found the owner to be friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. I as out running errands and stopped by his shop. He offered to tint my windows the same day. I took my car in and he did a great job. When I asked questions about bubbles etc. he answered them and told me to bring it back if I noticed anything. I had a great experience and will take my son’s vehicle to him as well.

There is no PERFECT situation 100% all the time using the hands; a machine is possible, yes! The most important factor in any business is optimum professionalism. Roberto Feliz, owner of this business is absolutely absent of cordial communication skills and is probably the most terrible businessman I’ve paid for a service in years. I failed to follow my first mind at an initial phone conversation. SMH. He talk to me as if he was doing me a favor when I initially called just to get a quote for one front passenger window. Nonetheless, I scheduled and proceeded. Apparently he was in a hurry, and expresses he had to go and that it would only be 15 minutes to apply the film to my window. Upon him completing the film application I pointed out bubbles and a couple ziggly lines. He assured me his 35 years of doing window tint was flawless. That was three days prior to me writing this review. Today, I was back again to get the same window re-filmed due to the wiggly lines still showing. He was rude and honestly behaves like someone with a problem. Never again will I ignore my first indicator of a NO DON’T GO THERE! My window tint today has a small hard particle under the tint. Instead of pointing it out to him, I’ve chosen to go back to Tint Life Window Tinting & Vehicle Wrap in Lithia Springs. The owner there has a very professional staff, and actually operate as a professional and courteous business in appreciation of patronage. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your money and time with this guy. I would describe the service of the lone owner, installer, customer poor services as plain ole’ HOOD!!! I wasted $95 on one passenger window for ceramic film tint. I’d have paid $100 for much better service and professionalism. Go someplace else.

This place of business was so poor in professionalism, I needed to say READ THE REVIEWS! I did not read the reviews before going here although the owner, Roberto Feliz, was rude at my initial phone call. That was the first res flag. He conducts business like a long time street hustler and unprofessional is an understatement! Reading the reviews, many have posted the same experience. I don’t know WHY I didn’t read these reviews first!! Smh! As a business owner of several businesses, I would never do business like this guy! I don’t know how he’s even making optimum revenue with his f’kng attitude, rudeness, and whatever other issues he has. Go someplace else unless you can deal with a HOOD ill mentality of someone with a business!

This place was a joke..The owner or whomever was not professional with a nasty attitude. Kept forwarding my calls and basically screamed at me for asking simple questions. Def do not recommend, overly priced for that bs customer service, no thanks

Went two weeks ago to get window tint a guy gave me a card with number when called always forward calls called the office on 03/31/21 guy answer I say are y’all doing tinting today he get all upset with high pitch voice we only do appointments and hang up I had to hold myself from getting stupid back god bless that brother going through it this morning
