The guy behind the counter was very professional at handling all of our needs, the store is very clean and he’s knowledgeable about the product. Super down to earth place for all your needs and a really good price. Picked up the aegis mod with a tank for an unbeatable price and it’s my new fav mod.

I’ve been shopping here for years and all of a sudden they want to raise prices and charge you for using a debit/credit card. Everyday is a different price, depends on the employee. I do not recommend this store. Better off buying smokes across the street.

Very rude and will scam you, dont support this business. .They have no price tags on products. The clerk punched in random prices at the register. He priced a 30 gram bag(usually $15)and 85gram bag Thats $50. He rushed me to choose a strain w/o knowledge of the product hes selling. Without a word or a thank you,He charged my card then left the register w/o giving me a receipt . *May get away with purchasing stuff w/o an ID because they didnt card me.*

I went to buy a battery cartridge which didnt work. I went back to exchange it just to come home just to find out that one didnt work. This is a really nice vape shop. Good location and they have a nice selection. There is a good amount of variety in their products and they are helpful in getting you what you need/want. The shop is always very clean and they are responsive to phone calls. Tonight I had an exceptionally positive experience working with Joseph. He went above and beyond to hook me up with a vape I really wanted. He went out of his way to help me out and really took my needs into consideration. Great customer service. My husband and I will be coming back for a long time.

Says open at 9am but rarely is somebody ever there on time!! Ive gone there in the middle of the day, and had to sit outside for 20 minutes just waiting for somebody to come back from wherever they were.. There are currently 4 people sitting outside in their cars waiting for anyone to show up and open the door.... Its 9:15... I dont know how this place stays in business. 😠😠😠 Getting really tired of driving all the way over here in traffic, and not being able to get what I need. WTF?

Multiple problems. The hours on this website are wrong. I called them to ask of they had something in stock and said Id be comjng over that night. The storefront has a sign saying they close at 9 but on here it says they close at 10. I called them after 9 and let yhem know id be coming over that night after asking them for a stock check. When I came 20 minutes later at about a quarter to ten they were closed. They didnt say anything on the phone. They also seem to have somewhat inferior products some how from the one time I bought e cig coils from them that did not seem to last very long.

My friend and I went in because he was looking for a pen and the worker there stated that the pens would be in that day(yesterday)in a few hours to come back at that time .So, we wait a few hours, go back and the pens are right there but he states that he couldnt sell them because they werent up yet, says come back tomorrow.We call today only to be told that there arent any pens there.When I go into that shop by myself I have no problems. My friend is black and he is being profiled by this shop.There is no reason why they would not sell a PRODUCT THEY OWN THATS FOR SALE to my friend. We didnt do anything.I spoke to my lawyer and pointed my friend in his direction. My lawyer said they would contact the BBB.To the fat dude that discriminated against us, youre in for it now buddy.

@ Carla - You came in asking for a starter kit, the most basic thing to get started, you were informed they were not adjustable. As for the coil, its completely normal the coil burned out in 4 days with a person who vapes as much as you. Considering i gave you not one but TWO replacement coils, on the house (which no shop does). Considering i got you a kangertech kit AFTER that YOU broke, that you admitted you broke, and we repaired, shame on you. If you have any complaints take it up with the BBB because we dont care for your B, B.

Kid working the place tried over pricing the Smok Alien 220 Vape kit at $85 when its $60 and the Aspire Cleito at $40 when its $25. When I saw the guy before me buying a flimsy ass bong for $50 I had a hunch Id be let down and I was. Ill hook you up with a good price since youre buying them together He ended up over pricing and I walked out with my money

I spend several hundred dollars here a month. I continually get sold mods that break after 6 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 weeks. Everytime they break im told theres nothing they will do other then take 10 bucks off a new mod. Ive literally been a customer since they opened. They dont try to resolve the situation other then to be told to contact the manufacturer. If youre a merchant and i havent had the product you sold me long. Then you should be attempting to resolve the issue. Or stop selling garbage products. Point is this place is a waste if money and for juice i will be visiting the vape store 2 blocks away. Mods i will buy online. I got the same replacement i asked them for a deal on and they offered me it for 70 dollars. for 49 bucks with 2 day shipping. This place is a ripoff and they lost a customer today. Also. Most othe good reviews on here are from the employees and owners. Place is a overpriced scam. Shop elsewhere.

I bought a Joytech eGo AIO from this shop at the end of July 2016. My coil burned out 3 - 4 days later. The kit came with an extra coil so I replace it. Well needless to say that the other coiled burned out the same day. I did not over use it or pull too hard. I even watched youtube videos to make sure I used it correctly. When I went back to the shop 8/4/16 the manager told me to come back tomorrow and talk to the guy who sold me the vape pen. I asked him why would I have to come back and talk to the guy who sold it to me when Im talking to the manager? He ended up giving me a new coil that was the wrong one. I am gong to report them to the BBB because they are not right. I feel cheated. I went back again today 8/6/16 and the manager told me well you get what you paid for.Ill upset my review when I talk to the guy that sold me this piece of garbage.
