I give my 5 star review to the employee who was so kind and knowledgeable, DJ. He went above and beyond to help me.My battery died and I had no clue what type of battery I needed. I called Auto Zone they looked up the number giving me the option to order one online, saving me having to wait in the store.I successfully picked up the Battery and am forever grateful to have had DJ at the register. He was so kind. Not only did he carry my battery to the car, he installed it! Thank you Auto Zone for having such a wonderful employee, DJ, your the best!

Khristian the manager was very helpful today at the Lyson, IL location. He and his staff help answer all my questions and over all I was very satisfied with the help. He help me installed brake light and made sure I put antifreeze in the right place. Thanks to him I will be returning to this AutoZone. Great customer service.

Went to Autozone for new windshield wipers and to replace light bulb for tail light. I was lucky enough to be helped by DJ - what an incredibly kind and efficient person! Fixed both problems very quickly and just had the nicest demeanor. I would definitely return again- and go straight to DJ!

Dominic was a GREAT help.I went there thinking I needed a new battery. He went outside and tested my battery as well as my alternator and starter. As it turned out it wasnt any of those but rather a bad battery post connection. He told me I needed a post cap, went in the store got it for me, I paid for it and he went back outside to put it on my car. I havent had a problem starting my car since then. He was very polite, pleasant, and was helping another customer while helping me too. Employees like this are why I plan on making this store my new location. Thanks Dominic!

I used to shop here. But after seeing how a manager, clerk or cashier whatever her position she scream at another employee in front of customers. after seeing her scream at a customer thats it. I think her name is Nancy or maybe Marcy. there is something wrong with her, bipolar?

Went in there today to pick up some stuff for an oil change(oil filter, cabin filter,, ect..), i was greeted and asked if i needed help multiple times by everyone in the store. The customer service was excellent, my problem is what the store offers now in terms of products. They’re phasing out all other premium brands and only offer their brand(STP). They didn’t even have the premium parts of their brand either. I kept getting told that they could order it, but what’s the point in ordering it? I could order online myself and i could get it cheaper with the actual brands i wanted. I wanted the stuff right then and there because i had time to do the job i wanted today. How can a physical store not have this stuff in stock? These are everyday parts. Ill just order stuff online and keep it till i need it in the future.

Will never go back. First, was told by several friends who knew Im disabled and that either my flasher relay or fuse went out, go to AutoZone, theyll test it, find the problem, you buy it then theyll put it in for you. I even called the day before yes, we can help with the part, no problem. I go in the next day Uh, we dont do that. No one here is trained for that. Who did you talk to I responded No idea on name but it was about 7pm (i checked my phone after and it was actually 4pm) they said oh well hes....special...he dont know anything. Whatever. You lost a customer.

Came to the Auto Zone in Lyons because my radio has been unavailable for 2 weeks went to several Auto Zones but i couldnt get any great service to convenience me so i ran across the one in Lyons on Ogden. Went inside and explain the situation and the not so great experience at the other locations the lady Nikki went above and beyond her means to come out to my car and figured out the problem. A Fuse that it was she got down on her knees in the cold and found the right Fuse fixed it now thanks to Nikki i can no longer have to listen to my phone for music and a satisfied customer that could listen to my radio.Thank you GOD for leading me to Nikki great service very convenient and most of all a happy customer. Now my place to come is where Nikki is at need more like her

Just had the pleasure of meeting Nicki, she changed my turn signal bulb for me. Friendly, quick service. She even asked me if she could change it for me instead of me asking her! Also love seeing women in this automotive field. You go, Girl! Good job!

The employees that I talked to had a major attitude, and refused to look up engine parts for me because I said it was for a boat engine. It’s the same parts as most land engines, but they didn’t care. I honestly think they just didn’t want to work today. So I drove down the street to Advance Auto Parts and they were a lot more helpful.

Our SUV needed a new battery. We asked for one at this AutoZone location. The clerk we talked to, Nicki, was very helpful and kind and even installed the battery we bought. 10 out of 10, would recommend this location.

Lesson learned. The prices are mostly reasonable, but it’s my fault this happened to my car. So I needed new brake pads and I purchased them but I asked if they could put them on for me. They did say they don’t do that but they REFERRED me to someone, who was “capable of doing it”. The guy completely destroyed everything that had to do with my brakes. On top of that, the guy almost didn’t give me my tire lock back, and was VERY SURPRISED that I called him back asking for it.

All of the employees at this location had such great attitudes, personalities and were very knowledgeable. I came in a half hour after opening needing to replace a car battery. The assistance I received just cant be matched. Thank you all!

My car battery unexpectedly died on a Saturday (which was extremely cold in the middle of the polar vortex), and Autozone analyzed it for free. They then bent over backwards to find me a mechanic who would replace the difficult-to-install-in-a-weirdly-shaped-compartment and got me taken care of late on a Saturday afternoon despite being swamped themselves. They were extremely kind and gracious.

I had to get a new battery for my car. The sales person was very helpful and kind. They had good price range of products. I would return here if I needed something.

I have been having issues with my car for a while and went in for the free testing to get an idea of whats going on Thomas helped me out and was WONDERFUL so nice and helpful! So happy I went there before anywhere else!

They don’t even deserve a 1 rating star!! Nothing but idiots!! Went to swap a battery that had a 7 year warranty of July 2011! And they said I bought two batteries and returned 1, and they can’t guarantee that it was the correct battery I was returning. I have NEVER replaced my battery twice! And i had the receipt to prove my purchase. The guy who was supposedly the manager there, said well I don’t know what to tell you, I didn’t work here in 2011. Uhh excuse me?!?! Never again!!
