I emailed and called 5 different Pallet companies to get a bid for some standard and custom size pallets. Most of them asked me to send email and they never responded even after I emailed them over and over again. Toro pallets responded immediately within 15 minutes of me sending the email I had a response. The next day the owner himself came over the to see what my company was using them for and to assure he would build what we needed. The very next day he brought a sample of what we needed. I ordered our custom pallets and they finished them in two days. This is a very professional, polite and responsive company to do business with. Rodrigo is awesome. I highly recommend this company for your pallets needs.
