I have been to this location twice now and both times the employees have been very helpful. They helped me transfer my information and set up all of my apps on my new phone. This is one of the few stores that actually care about people and helping get connected. The manager went out of his way to help me setup my new phone with all of my information that I thought was lost. Thank you all again for the help. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for friendly service. Thank you all again
Honestly coming here is a mistake they’ll “help” if they’re getting something out of it. Later when you get your bill and it’s nothing like what they said they’ll say they can’t do anything and send you to a different store when all they had to do is make a call to fix an error. They won’t help with any phone or bill issues they’re there to sell nothing more. They don’t care about they’re customers just numbers and money WORST STORE EVER.

Needed help upgrading my phone and Jose was very helpful.. He even found a way to save me money on my plan but updating to the new one! Really great service.. ask for Jose if you guys need help!
I am a first responder This store had great staff The manager Irving was extremely helpful and knew his stuff. He went above and beyond to help me set up my account. I’ve been to the att store on Garfield South Gate but they were no help (avoid that location). I stumbled on this location. Irving knew exactly what I needed and how to get it done! Thank you!

I thought I had a great experience until I got my first bill. First off all my name is cassandra de leon not alexandra leon. Second I was given a business line. I dont own a business. I made it very clear I worked for a school district. Third I told the lady helping I pay $105 now I do not want to pay any more than that. yet my bill says that after the first bill my Ill be paying $220. What is that about. So hopefully whoever Im on the phone with right now can fix all this. Dont go here unless you want to get something totally opposite of what you want.
Worst experience ever. Went there for 4 things (switch a phone, upgrade a line, add a new line, buy an apple watch) wasnt even able to switch the phone, female working tonight seem to be annoyed that i walked in, was super rude, attitude and didnt want to help at all. Being in the medical field and dealing with rude people its always hard but i was there to give them business and not asking for anything free. I wouldnt recommend this place.
Angel and William are really nice and gave great customer service. They were attentive and made sure to tell me about their current promotions, answered all my questions regarding their different phones and made sure my phone was ready to go! If youre in the area and need a phone go and ask for them.
Really upset with the service. Employee changed the plan and doubled my bill without my knowledge nor consent. Very disappointing and very bad business. Putting this experience into perspective I am debating wether changing phone carrier, which is a shame since I have been a customer since ATT bought off Cingular.
I initially was going to rate this spot 5 stars because of good customer service and how patient they were with us, but they ripped us off and ended up giving us a completely different plan than what we asked for.
William, the manager,.was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable with a positive can-do attitude. So impressed & highly recommend.
My experience at this location was very exceptional. They were very professional and made me feel very welcome. The sales rep Richard answered all my questions about the process of transferring my phone lines from T-Mobile to At&T. I was pretty hesitant in moving forward with this transition however Richard was very helpful and assuring me that this is the option for me and my family. Indeed, it was. It’s been approximately 2 months that I finalized the transition and I’m very pleased. So, from now on I try to recommend my family and friends to go to this store and have Richard answer all of their questions.

As small as this store is the service was awesome. There was two people ahead of me but every employee greeted me when I walked and and let me know they would be with me as soon as possible. I was lucky enough to get Jannette! She was extremely friendly, super sweet, very informative and helpful. She took her time explained everything and totally help me save on my monthly bill, as well as get an upgrade and add an additional line. I work in the area and this store treated me better than any other AT&T store Ive been too! Thank you Jannette! You were awesome and you deserve a raise!!

To be honest with you. Ok AT&T service internet is excelent. but for tv cable service it really sucks. I was very good with DIRECT TV. now that AT&T got involved. Mess up everything.really...
