Okay its very hard to provide customers service to me because I am a very particular person however Villa the owner made sure everything was in order. She arrived with the installers the day of did a walk through to provide me with customer service, when she came out for the quote automatically we connected i felt secure in her ability to create my vision so I picked out my LVP and carpet and a great estimate she actually has the best prices and with quality supplies and laborers. So the installers come and I met Isidoro he is such a sweet soul with healthy eating habits lol which made me kick it in gear to eat better. So ok he had a slight accent but we could still communicate well. We walked me through what he was going to be doing etc and I was very satisfied with that. So once installers completed there work Villa comes back for a walk through she took pictures and videos of the work and made sure I was a satisfied customer so there was small things that I pointed out to her and immediately Isidoro was back to correct and now I am a satisfied customer to the 100th power. So after the walk through she asked a question no one has every ask which was how can we be better as a company which meant alot to me. I like to work with a company that is open for suggestions etc. Well people dont sleep on Jimenez Flooring they will provide you the the same experience Ive received. It took a little longer to get my carpet installed due to having to keep pushing it back due to lifes terms but everyone that called and I spoke to was always very understanding. The installer was very professional it took a little longer since I had to have a few pieces of wood fixed but it came out PERFECT. Very friendly and helpful! We had laminate flooring installed and we love it! Estimate was free and done the same day we inquired about it. We decided to go ahead and get the flooring on a Monday and on Wednesday the flooring was installed in one day. They did a great job and we look forward to contacting them again to do our bedrooms soon!

I would request Jimenez carpet anytime. They took out my old carpet and replaced them with linoleum floors that look gorgeous! They were extremely friendly as well as professional and the price was pretty reasonable. They made sure the floors were done on time and did not sacrifice the quality of the work to do so. Jimenez Carpets is a great trust wothy family owned business that I have been doing business with for about for a decade at first for my rental property and recently for my home.Efficient service on site and/or in their office. My husband and I searched high and low for a company that does carpet and flooring with great prices, financing and a early start date . We search from the big companies as well as small companies and we ran across Jimenez Carpet online and I would have to say that was the best decision we could have ever made . They sent someone out right away to do a free measurements, we went and picked out the flooring and carpet the same day . To our surprise this business has financing option and were were able to get approved in less than 5 mins . By the following week they were able to fit us in ( because I bugged them to start earlier) . The workers came in and got right to work, moved our furniture, took beds down and put them back together . While working they were able to make our home still livable . They cleaned up everyday after they left. The whole staff are all knowledgeable, honest and made great suggestions. We are very happy with their quality of work . We highly recommend this family owned business .

I really appreciated the free in home estimate. Mark came the same day I requested information on yelp. He was so professional and was patient with me, as I was getting quotes for other services and my infant was fussy and sleepy; but it didnt phase him or his professionalism. I took a few weeks to decide when to get my carpet but mark continued to be available. Then I went in store to look at more samples and picked a different carpet than originally planned. The carpet is GREAT quality and the padding is so soft. Im not sure comparison with other carper places prices, but I am pleased that I got a good deal for all four of my bedrooms..

Worst customer service !i went in about 2 wks about to get some information about flooring, the owners daughter was very welcoming and nice at first. she even offered to do an estimate for us on a sunday on their days off due to our busy schedules. fast forward now, shes rude, she was so nice she even gave me her cell # to tell her what day would work for me. i asked about pricing and she said they had to go to property to view it.i mentioned this about the pricing to my mom and she found it odd they didnt give me an idea of how much it would be per sq feet. i guess this made them upset so they started to say it would be $50 for an estimate if we only wanted the materials and not the labor. again i explained i wanted the whole job to be completed by them and they gave me such a hard time to have them be available to do the measurements.they were suppose to go to the house today when i called to confirmed they said they wouldnt be able to make it until sometime next week maybe. when the guy even told my mom it takes about 15 min to do the measurements. so now they are asking me to have homedepot to do my measurements, really?no thanks rather not deal with you at all.
