I simply came in to buy some AirPods and it turned out to be one the worst experiences I’ve ever had shopping with them. Thanks to an “assistant manager” by the name of Lily Feria she was very unprofessional and had an attitude about the whole situation. Luckily the man that actually helped us I believe his name was Gerard *not sure if that was his name but he works in electronics* was actually helpful and an understanding employee. I was not a fan of Curacao until Leticia D. Got on the case. My issue is solved and my new couch that I only had for 2 days until it broke and now fixed with a new couch that Leticia D hadtold to delivered to me quick. Nice Job!!

It was okay but they need to get more people that speaks English because if you cant speak English youre not able to have people that do speak English I was there for like 45 minutes trying to explain a situation one of the persons that worked in Appliance after they couldnt help after so long they finally got me to someone that could speak English and understand English then my shopping experience change to the better its nothing wrong with having people that speak English working a country thats supposed to be English theyre for people that speaks English can get help just like people that speak Spanish
