Very nice first visit! There is definitely more hype on the website than in the store. It sounded like there would be a big parts department but when I asked an entry question about parts I was told, if you cant find it on the floor well... We will have to order it....Not much of a sales pitch.Everyone was nice but being a performance enthusiast, I wouldnt order in the store. I want to feel like I might get the correct parts not like Im making someone have to work.

Really nice experience for a motorcycle newbie like me. I went to the store to get a pair of boots for riding motorcycle. The associate was very helpful in showing me different kinds and explained the differences. He also showed me the helmet models. Cool shop! Cool people!

Customer service here is the best. Soon as you walk in theres usually someone there to point you in the right direction. Cant remember the ladys name but shes amazing. Spent ample time answering questions about jackets and riding gear. Then gave me detailed information on which tires I would need for my bike. Tons of knowledge and never felt like I was being a bother.

Helpful staff, basic tool selection but they had stuff in store that you would otherwise have to buy online. Excellent selection of fluids, filters, universal parts etc. I won’t ding them for not having many tires because there is a nationwide shortage so it is what it is.

Love this place! Always helpful and always willing to help me with my search for the perfect kit! Love the tire mounting service that comes with a road hazard plan. That alone has saved me hundreds. Sport, adventure, cruiser or whatever Im rolling on they always have great advice and friendly service.

Extremely nice salespeople. I went in looking to get new gloves and look at prospective shoes, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. A worker saw me trying on a shoe that I had picked out and politely recommended a similar shoe with much more comfort. I can confidently say that it was a genuine recommendation and I couldn’t be happier with the shoes and gloves that I picked up. There’s a reason I only go here for my gear.

Always get great service along with a ton of product to look at, try on, measure and wish for. The wall of helmets is incredible but what I like you are free to try on any helmet without being watch or threatened that if you drop a helmet or in any way damaged one you have to buy or pay to fix. The staff at the Lynnwood store were knowledgeable and engaging. I appreciated that they carried their house brands as well as multiple premium brands for direct comparison. Note: the Honda dealer, that I just purchased a new bike from a couple of months ago, told me that Oxford heated grips currently werent available. The customer service was excellent!! I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped us to give her a shout out. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Stock was limited, but it is everywhere, so we were not able to get some of the things we went in for. We will definitely utilize this store as our go-to though. Highly recommend.

Theres always new staff in CycleGear, the cool thing is that they get well trained, so theyre like a Wikipedia for motorcycle gear. However, what Ive noticed is that in most CycleGear stores Ive been nation wide (yup, Ive shopped around), the girls are always the least nicest in terms of giving that extra customer experience CycleGear is known for. They just answer your question, which is good... But the CycleGear guys go beyond and engage you in a conversation that either make you want to buy more or, come back for more. Nevertheless, CycleGear is one of my top places whenever Im looking for any type of Motorcycle gear (except Harley Davidson stuff, leave that to Harley).

I brought two wheels to install new tires. The staff, a cute young man, carefully inspected the wheels and found tiny scratches on the hub, which I did not notice or care. Because of his professional attitude, I really trust the service of tire installation, even this is my first time using such service here.I got a call of ready to pick up one day before the date the staff estimated. Although I was not in hurry, but happy to pick up earlier.When I arrived, the front desk was sort of busy, but another woman staff quickly took care of me, and I was actually waiting for less than 10 seconds.The same young staff helped me to bring the rear wheel (yeah, bulky, heavier one) to my car, even I did not ask him to do so. I really appreciate.

The young female salesperson was AMAZINGLY friendly and knowledgeable. She was helping multiple customers at the same time but never felt like we were being forgotten or like we were any less important than anyone else. She looked up some info to see if one of the gloves that my wife was looking at came in a smaller size. And then went above and beyond to allow her to try on a pairs of goggles to see if the fit over her glasses. A++++ rating. We would HIGHLY recommend this shop and return for future business.

It can be intimidating being a new rider with so much to learn about gear and parts but the employees are always very knowledgeable and super chill. Their return policy is amazing and between shopping online or in the store I’ve always got what I was wanting within a few days.

Love this place. Every time I have been there NOT once have I been pressured to buy anything that I was looking at. I asked them questions about a couple of helmets and they took the time to answer them and even had me try on different styles and sizes. I went back later for a Bluetooth headset and they explained the differences and what would be best for my helmet types. Incredible. Now compare that to where I bought my motorcycle .... well there is no comparison! That place loved me when I spent a ton of money but heaven help me if I ask for information on a helmet that thier site says to call them on. When you see it says call them it means that its discontinued. My answer is no it says to call you guys to see if you have it in stock. Literally what their site says. Anyway I like this place because the good prices but mostly because of the staff!

Im a beginner rider and Im glad a friend of mine referred me to this store. I was shopping for a good jacket but was not trying to spend $500 to $600 on one. Before that I went to Lynnwood Harley & Lynnwood Motorplex and I found Cycle Gear a lot more affordable and have a better selection. Ive picked myself a nice jacket with options that I need for $250. I am defenatly coming back next time to get myself a pair of boots.

Before July 7th I only had a year of road experience. Before that was motocross. I am 69 years old and knew very little about road biking. After buying my bike from Pacific Northwest Motorcycle I went to Cycle Gear in Bellingham, WA. It was recommended buy Pacific NW Motorcycle. The manager set me up. I decided to upgrade on July 12th in Lynwood, WA. This location has a wide selection of all things motorcycle & isnt some Gucci lifestyle shop like Harley Davidson dealers & REI. Sure theres fan-boy t-shirts, but mainly its entirely what you need for actually riding.Prices are to-do, nothing spectacular, but a lot ofmanufacturers insist on minimum prices. Sales items are bargains.The staff are knowledgeable & its always a good sign when you see THEIR bikes parked outside.

I went in to pick up a reserve order. The pinlock lense I had reserved wasnt going to work with the Bolt Nomad helmet, they caught the mistake. The lenses I needed had just arrived and were still in the large shipping boxes. They willingly went through the shipping boxes and found what I needed without any complaint.

Finally a motorcycle shop that focuses clothes and gear, and not motorcycles. Most places, Ive found, sell bikes, and *then* gear and helmets at a premium. Cycle Gear sells *just* gear and helmets at affordable prices. They have an entire building wall 20 foot high dedicated to just helmets, and I was simply blown away at how many *good quality* helmets were in the sub $200 range. Like a kid in a candy shop.Colin was super helpful and absolutely great customer service.Definitely shopping here for all my motorcycle needs.

I got a heated vest for Christmas and didnt want to hook up another cable to my battery. Since I already have a battery tender lead, I looked for an adapter online. Cycle Gear not only had that, and an extension online, but I also found they had it at the store. I reserved them online and picked them up at the Lynnwood store an hour later. Staff was super friendly and Im very happy with the transaction.
