Thank you to Kenny and the guys a Motoplex Lynnwood. I reached out to see if this unit was available. Kenny was able to answer all the questions I had about this vehicle. They were able to process the purchase remotely and deliver the vehicle to my work 2 hours away from their location. They provided quality customer service. Thank you guys again. I recommend anyone to see these guys before purchasing your new toy. Youll be in good hands.
Kenny assisted us with questions via text for a few weeks prior to us testing the Ural. He also came in person hours away from the office to pick up our trade ins and then deliver the Ural next day. I have not had a sales experience like this ever before. Thank you Kenny - job well done!
I brought my bike in for annual maintenance and some modifications and although it took 2 1/2 days longer than expected Josh frequently communicated with me. I was shocked however, to see that I was charged $80 to have my backseat removed after having $1500 worth of work done on my bike. The seat removal is a two minute task. Outside of that I had a nice experience.
We had a great experience buying our BMW 40yr R 1250 GS Adventure here. Staff never used high pressure tactics, made sure to show us everything before we left. All around a fabulous experience. Originally we came in to merely take a look and compare the BMW R 1250 and the Ducati Multistrada V4. We returned the next day, asked lots of questions, test rode the BMW we fell in love with and made our purchase understanding all of our purchase options.
Boy what a great experience. I was in need of a part that no one else had and these guys just stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. Thanks so much for your help with this and I will definitely remember you guys.
The guy who helped us was awesome. Im giving a lower review because of their Covid protocols. They have a sign that basically says they cant ask about medical issues, so no worries if you dont wear a mask. Only one employee was masked, and he was the one who helped us. If not for that, Id definitely rate them higher.
These guys are the best in the industry. Great work, great service.
These guys were great. They went really above and beyond to help me get my bike to the shop (thanks Jim!), and JJ was in touch on a regular basis to share the service results and talk about options. It was done in just a few days. Really appreciate the customer service and extra touch!
Took in my motorcycle for a service and new tires. It took forever, 3 months and a half later they said it was ready for pick up. When I checked the coolant was low -obviously wasnt checked-. The service checklist wasnt filled out, so I have no idea if they did the routine checks, or even if the brake fluid was actually flushed. Sorry, but I have no confidence in this place. Going elsewhere next time.---Addendum 11/6 ---Thats a very different response than the one I got in person, maybe because this is a public review? In person the service manager acknowlwdged the delay and lack of thoroughness. Anyway it actually was 3 and a half months the time, if were going into details. Very unprofessional to blame the customer for your lack of service quality, do I need to escalate this?
I finally had enough with my Harley, when the bolt to my seat rattled off. I spoke with Jarrod at the Motoplex and was immediately guided in the right direction. Jarrod is extremely knowledgeable answering all of my questions as he lead me across the showroom. He understands how to match the right bike for YOU specifically. He personally wheeled out several bikes for me to test ride and after thoroughly explaining all the features of the bikes let me take them for a spin to make my choice. Jarrod shows a true passion and mastery for motorcycles, come see this man and he will take care of you! EXCELLENT customer service!
Super easy purchase experience and great assortment of bikes, they has the exact bike I wanted and the salesperson was very kind to help get it to my house free of charge. No complaints !
David is very friendly and is eager to answer any question. I asked him why my finger hurts so bad and he pulled my finger out of the door. It felt better immediately.Really, now, he is extremely knowledgeable about bikes and did a great job of answering my questions. He gave me the best price and interest rate, as well as a great bike. My brand new Chieftain Limited is awesome. Thanks, David!
I purchased my first Sea Doo at Lynnwood Motoplex. Jeff Wall was my salesperson, and he did a fantastic job. Very thorough, informative, straight forward, friendly, and I never felt pressured at any point in the process. Jeff and the team at Lynnwood Motoplex made me feel like my business mattered. On the day I picked up my Sea Doo, Jeff took me through a detailed overview of the watercraft and its operation. He also personally introduced me to staff from parts and service so I would have points of contact for both. I would highly recommend Jeff and the team at Lynnwood Motoplex. Great overall experience!
John was the most down-to-earth sales person Ive ever worked with. No pressure, just a lot of great information and helpful advice. Super efficient, too. The buying process went very fast.
Had trouble starting my motorcycle. So I took it in here to find out what the problem is they called me and said the pressure on two of the cylinders were low. The cost to fix it would be more than the bike is worth. I told them Ill take the bike to someone else. They gave me the bike in pieces. They said putting the bike back the way it was would be fixing it.The nerve!
Chris and Rex took good care of our boat and have it working better than when we purchased it through a private seller. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thank you both so much for everything!
Jim, Thom, the service staff, great people who understand that a rider bonds with their machine. In this respect, they have excellent communication, always respond quickly and honesty. Ive dealt with lots of service staff over 45 years of riding, and Lynnwood Motoplex service is in the all-time top 3 for me. Thanks folks!
Excellent help and service! Made vuying my dream toy a snap!!
Very poor customer care.Very poor customer care. After reading the reviews, especially with the finance department it seems this is an ongoing issue,.I applied for a financing a bike worth 3900..to learn that the financial department submitted the cost of the bike at 8180..to the banks, hence I couldnt get the bike. How absurd! Its about time to file some complaints with some Orgs, bad reviewing dont really work,It seems not to make business lives up to their expectations, but a step further down the road might just work!
I had issues with a new bike I purchased from a different dealership and I came into this shop and they totally took care of me. They understood the issue and resolved it quickly and I have my bike back. The service manager knows what’s up and was very helpful, next bike will be purchased from them.
Friendly and professional staff. Serviced my bike quickly while I waited. Nice waiting area.
All my experiences with the Motoplex have been top notch. They literally have picked my bike up for service from the barge lines so it would be ready for my road trips. Always great service from all employees!
Had my 30k service and service dept was great, Josh was upfront and explained repairs and cost associated and bike runs like newThank you
Im upset with the way the parts department manager handled the situation. He chose money and profits over customer service. realistically he probably only made $10 profit off of this transaction. I come in there on a weekly basis to purchase parts and they would not even honor an in store credit. Disappointing.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of bikes and gear. My salesperson, Kenny, helped me out on any info I needed and what is needed to help me purchase my first bike, a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 in Passion Red.Kenny stayed in contact with me after I filled out the finance form on their website on the bike I wanted. Just like any dealership there is a wait and paperwork that is needed to be filled out. Kenny had everything prepared before I came in and it was easy. While waiting, my friend and I waited with casual talks with my salesperson when he’s not helping with customers. Thanks again for the gatorades Kenny! Last step was filling out forms with the finance office which was quick. After filling out the forms I was ready and I rang the bell with a round of applause from everyone that was in the store.Anyone new to riding or experienced will have a joy coming to this store. For my second bigger displacement bike I’ll be coming back here. Worth the drive from Arlington.
Very professional. They didn’t mess around. Answered all of my questions and concerns and even delivered my bike to me. Awesome service
Great team. Super helpful with ordering my first boat. Just picked up my new Yamaha from its first service, service department was great too. Jeff is super knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects from day one and continues to help as needed. Thanks Jeff!
Applied through financing on their website. If you guys are ever looking for a Ducati, Michael is extremely helpful, contacted me immediately, and made it work in under an hour! I am extremely grateful and excited on my new bike! Never had a more pleasant experience buying a car/bike at any other place!
I purchased my dream bike......an Indian Chieftain Limited! David, from the very first call to start the deal, was amazing. I am particular and had questions. He never skipped a beat. We ended up in a text exchange where David was highly responsive and always gave me info requested. When I arrived to seal the deal my beautiful bike was ready to roll! Thanks!!!
“I am really impressed with the service dept at motoplex, Jeremy was was great to work with, the techs did a great job! Got me back on my bike fast. Thank you Guys”
The staff here is AMAZING. Went in to look at Indian Motorcycles. Great selection of bikes. They carefully walked me through options without trying to hard close me. Will be coming here to get a bike!
I would have given 4 stars however, the service department is what ruins this place. They will promise you a time your motorcycle will be ready and not deliver. Brought both of my bikes in for a simple warranty recall and was told I could pick up the bike the very next day. Without a phone call I showed up the next morning just to be told that the mechanic did not touch my bike the day before. Service rep went on about how the mechanic was too busy to touch my bike. Dont over book your stuff and you wont have this issue. When I finally received my motorcycle I was informed that my tps sensor was not working properly, I then asked if they checked the tire pressure, service rep replied with a jolly NOPE!. Next day I dropped my wifes motorcycle off and was told they would call when its ready. 1pm the next day I had to call and find out the status. The rep said to me that he must have forgotten to text. People are paying a lot of money to have their motorcycles repaired at your place you should treat them all with respect, not as if you are inconvenienced by them giving you money.
Jarrod was very helpful while I was looking for a Roadmaster Limited. His knowledge was exceptional as he explained in detail the differences between the different bikes. I appreciated his openness and friendly demeanor while working with me through the new bike buying process.
Engine oil is running out of the air breather which tells me there is too much oil in the crankcase. 2016 to 2018 Indian Springfields take 5.5 quarts. Mine is a 2016. The 2019 and newer take 6 quarts. If it were correctly filled it wouldn’t be running out of the breather. The full 30k service could not be completed due to parts availability. They had a month lead time before the scheduled appointment, but couldn’t make sure all the parts were on hand to do the job. Now I have to take it down again and lose the motorcycle for another day or more. Totally unsatisfactory.
Excellent service. Competitive prices whats not to like.
Great folks here. Super kind and helpful but a bit low on stock since the wuflu hit but Ill definitely be buying my next boat here in 2022. The Yamaha stuff is looking like it may beat cobalt. Well see.
The man who helped us was kind and courteous and answered our questions politely. Overall it was a nice experience and it made me feel good! The only gripe I have is their were several employees in store without masks! Political statement or not we all need to protect each other.
My husband and I walked into Motoplex pretty much knowing what we wanted we just had to find the motorcycle that fit the bill. We wanted a darkhorse (the less chrome the better) touring bike that had floorboards in the back, a heal/toe shifter, highway pegs and a seat that fit my behind. Jarrod was helpful in all our questions. He treated us good; getting me a healthcare worker discount, offering water and giving us free product. (He couldve kept his bad language in check though). Ben helped us with all our extra parts (healthcare worker discount $) and helmets we needed to add. He was very knowledgeable in his department. Overall it was a painless process and I had a good experience.
“I had my 500 mile oil change and check up for my Indian Roadmaster done at the Lynnwood Motoplex. They were great to work with. Quick, efficient, informative. They check their work and everyone is very friendly. BTW, Beautiful showroom stocked with lots of bikes and gear.”Great service. Beautiful showroom, bikes, and equipment. I would recommend them.
2nd time buying from these folks. 1st was an okay experience good enough to have me back. 2nd time around being not so grand. Not the guy to leave bad reviews but hey I guess when a man tells you a price the. Jacks it up 2k during signing papers????! Well… the option was leave without the purchase or just take the Purchase home. This case I took the hit, because I didn’t want to argue about the false advertisement online pricing and they would’ve come back with this “ COVID has effected our inventory so much!” Yeah I’ve heard that before. I work for a company and we’re going through the same thing. The wasn’t the issue, problem was sales guy straight up lied to me when I called him later after the purchase. Says “ there is no place to put in the purchase arrangement for freight, assembling, so on. I found a place on the purchase agreement where you can write it in so….. That’s what the extra 2k was from he’s says. But they also said they would give me 2,200.00 for my trade in and they gave 2k. Hmmm strange, looks like I paid you to take my trade in. I have no problem paying more money for something but please companies stop making lie proceed put your mouths. Obviously I had no problem paying because I still bought the damn thing. But the truth, integrity has been lost with so many people, all they care about is a dollar now. Good luck with your life Mr. greedy salesperson. I hope the owner of this company sees this and calls his employees to attention everything isn’t about money. This definitely will be the last time I’ll purchase from them.
I love the fact that every time I have gone in there to the store either looking at new bikes or preowned there has never been any pressure to buy. I am left to make my own decisions. I rode away with a pre owned which I love riding. All great people from sales to finalizing to the hat purchase at the counter.
Got my bike back sooner than expected. Happy with the work and at a reasonable price, Ill be back.
I recently purchased a used motorcycle from Lynnwood Motoplex. I live in AZ, and found the bike via the Cycle Trader listing. John Heale was the same rep I dealt with. He was very helpful completing the sale, and was able to refer me to a couple of companies that would ship the bike to me.They held on to the bike and facilitated the pick up by the shipper. And ask without asking for anything more from me.The bike is everything I had hoped it would be. I had some concerns buying it sight unseen. But its in fantastic condition and was absolutely with every penny. A great value for my money. Ive had it about a month and Ive already put several hundred miles on it.
This place is really shrewd. high prices. lack of service. wait on everything. no skill or they just want money to help in any way. prices are high. music sucks
They are very respectful and reasonable.Very informative!! Great experience.
Was very excited to finally find a Polaris General, as there were none in Eastern Washington, Found 1 at Lynwood Motoplex and talked to a salesman David H. Asked for an invoice of total out the door price, he got back to me in less than an hour, Paid Cash and they shipped it over, thats where the excitement ends, after receiving noticed the 12v outlet was full of corrision, called Dave he said just use a wire brush on it, that should of sent a flag up right there, upon further inspection found chiped paint and rust on the Rollbar, several scratches in the Plastic, and the Pass Door is so out of alingement, hard to beleive the $900 you spend for Freight & Setup got passed on inspection, tried to leave several Messages with David, no response Finally sent pics and got a Message that Said Thats Polaris Fault it comes to us already Assembled No, How can I help you out with this Sir? So Called the GM Garrett and left Detailed Message, no response. Moral of the story..once Paid for and you live 350 miles away..Sorry..Deal is Done..I was once told, its Easy to get a Customer, But Harder to keep One.
Very impressed by the customer service I received from my first phone call, to the receptionist, to the sales floor and out the door. Did not disappoint in any matter. Most of all my son is obsessed with his new 110! Thank you so much!!
Its like a giant toy store for adults, the staff is super helpful and very easy to deal with.
If you need help with your toy chance is the man to talk to so helpful thank you so much that relay in the back of the yfz450r was my fuel pump thanks again chance
Simply the best. When great service is hard to come by because of supply chain disruptions and a worker shortage, Motoplex still manages to make it happen. Special props to JJ.
They dont know how to pick up their phones. Friday 5 pm. One hour before close. Receptionist will pick up one time out of 5 tries and when she does. Parts will never pick up. Even though Receptionist says they are open...So much for customer service. Guess I will go to everett powersports
I love motorcycles. They have motorcycles. Honestly Ive had mixed experiences at this shop over the years but overall it is a nice place with a reasonable selection and prices. Even though we were wearing masks I chose to believe that the employees were smiling and friendly. They did have quite a few people cleaning the place so that was good to see if a little inconvenient to walk around.
Lovely place, very friendly sales staff, excellent selection of motorcycles, okay selection of helmets and gear. I’m in the market for a 600cc naked bike or something equivalent. I may buy one from here. But I do have one issue. The salesman, PJ, who I interacted with decided he didn’t want to wear a mask while he was giving me his sales pitch. I’m fully vaccinated, but he didn’t know that, and that doesn’t make it right. —otherwise a good salesman
I was looking online and found a boat that I liked at lynnwood motoplex. After reaching out to them I was put in contact with pj, it was great he was there to answer all my questions when ever I had one and helped every step of the way. Will definitely buy again from him.
I purchased a new Indian Challenger from Lynnwood Motoplex. I was treated like a member of their family. From the sale, to buying my parts and accessories, to having them installed and tuned in the service department. I could not be happier with how fun they made this experience 👍
Best bike shop in town and around.Great selection of bikes, even during these hard times.Awesome staff, always in a good mood and happy!
Had the worst experience with the finance department especailly Troy. When he forgotto charge something he called me on a Monday when they are close to collect money. After reviewing the invoice I realized he made several mistakes and overcharged me and despite several emails and phone calls he hasnt got back to me. Would give zero stars if I could to Troy because of a lack of transparency and customer service. Josh the sa;lesperson and Jim that helped me were professional annd good. The experiencew would have been awesome if Troy returned any calls and had a conversation with me!
Absolutely great place, I love to look around at all the different bikes, and all the gear, friendly staff
“John showed me how to use the electronics needed for a test drive several times without being impatient. When we came down to purchasing we only had to wait for approval twice which only took about 20 minutes. Purchased an extended warranty that had the wrong dates and after getting home I called about it and it was corrected with a new copy sent electronically within a half hour. Spare key and enduro pro stick were missing which John took care of and mailed it within 5 days. Have no complaints and how this purchase went. ”
As always excellent support and service from Lynnwood Motoplex. I highly recommend LM for any motor sports service needs.
Thom and team have provided high quality service for two of my motorcycles. Im able to schedule via email which is convenient, and Thom takes time to answer questions in person when Im there for the service. Good attention to details and would recommend.
David is super knowledgable, very friendly, and easy to work with. Even though I have a dealer much closer to me than lynnwood i would much prefer to ride the extra hour out of my way to continue getting the service I have received here.JJ in the service department was also very helpful when it came to working out an issue with the scheduling of my first service with them. I am very happy he was able to get this resolved, and save me a couple hours drive back and forth.I would recommend Lynnwood Motoplex highly.
Place was great . Good inventory even with lack of supply.
It would have been nice to be asked which intake I wanted, round, or ram type.
“Fast friendly service. Work done on time. Communication was excellent. ”
PJ is the best guy to purchase a waverunner from. He is very knowledgeable and an all around good guy. Thanks Motoplex and PJ.
Love this place, not pushy with sales, very nice, and great selection. Front desk could be more helpful but that might be asking a lot. My partner and I shop here often and always come back for bike to be serviced.
Excellence service, responsive and friendly staff. Will do business here again!
Thom was very thorough and quickly took care of my bike. I enjoyed him taking that extra time to explain things to me and giving that personal touch to the service appt. He also offered future options should I continue to experience any issues. Thanks.
Great selection of bikes and friendly staff.
It’s always a excellent, hands down best service by Cory. I’ve been taken my bike to Cory for 6 or 7 years now and I know when he gets done working on my bike, I have the confidence to get on it and just go. Thanks Cory.
Clean store very helpful staff. Huge play store.
Andrew and his team are excellent, a pleasure to deal with and just a good bunch of guys! They replaced the windshield on my jet-boat without hesitation and excellent clear communication from start to finish. Job was done in a reasonable time, at a reasonable cost and workmanship of the highest quality. Would defiantly recommend!
It didnt have alot of clothes. And more bikes than Harleys
Andrew was on top of our boat winterizing and kept us informed of any issues and completion. We got phone and text responses and he was very prompt and thoughtful with his replies. Thanks again!
I had a fantastic experience at this place. I drove all the way from Portland to pick up a motorcycle. There was a risk because I had to take them at their word about the condition etc. My salesperson John Heale was prompt with his responses to all my emails. When I got there he was very nice and very helpful.Even the paperwork process was painless. I cant say enough good things about this place and also John. Even help me load it into the back of my truck :-)
So awesome! Loved my experience here, it was top tier customer service- David was THE BEST- answered all my questions, made helpful suggestions that I didn’t even think to ask- because of this I will be back for sure!I have my eye on one of their new exhausts and possibly to get the seat he showed me- Recommend and see David This guy should get a raise - thanks!
Bought a bike from them all the way from Arkansas! They were extremely helpful and accommodating along the entire process. The dealership fees were mild in comparison to other places and still did not take away from the great deal on the FZ-07 they sold me. Josh was the sales rep that helped me and showed great sales professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommend!!
Good place good staff very knowledgeable about their products
The website makes it easy to find parts with good diagrams and such, but asking for the VIN is sort of annoying, especially if you arent near your bike and dont have that info on hand. Checkout on mobile was impossible for me. Overall grateful for the service provided as no one near me is stocking parts for my bike.
There was a break in communication on my purchase of the stage 1 components for my Scout bobber. A chrome exhaust was put on my black smoke bike. I didnt specify I wanted black, and assumed it was a given. I shouldnt have. Upon pick up and realisation of the mix-up, Josh was understanding and went to work on getting the exhaust redone. He was upfront with me on timetable for correction, and immediately went to work on scheduling. I recieved my bike 2 days later and am very happy with the service.
Bought a new wave runner, and just had my first service / oil change, which went very well, service was great, and John answered all my questions that I had. Great service. Thank you. Robert D.
Rex in the device department was a miracle worker. Pulled the engine and fixed a motor mount bolt that needed a new weld in less than 3 hours after discovering the problem. Worked late to get it done. Thank you Rex!!
Ive been coming into North Sound Indian since 2017, having made up my mind that I wanted to buy an Indian. I needed to handle other financial obligations before I could pull the trigger though, so in the meantime Id come to the sales floor, chat with Josh (now moved away) and David about the bikes, sit on them, dream about them, listen to them; you name it. It became a running joke that whenever Josh or David would see me come in theyd ask Today?. Id reply No, not today fellas. Just gonna torture myself some more. Three years later, I finally scheduled a test ride to take out the Challenger, Chieftain, and Springfield DH and fell in love with the Challenger. When it came time to buy, David was super easy to deal with. Even my wife (from Peru) who is used to negotiating as though it were a professional sport said there was no need to really do much on her part. I told David what I wanted, we discussed accessories, he came back with numbers, my wife got a jacket for me (haha), and we were out of there in no time at all. Its great to deal with honest sales people, and after all the harassment I gave these guys over the years it felt wrong to try and buy the bike somewhere else, even if it were possible to get a better deal. Honest sales people are worth their weight in gold. Thank you! Lovin the bike!
Clown service department.
Good people as always.
I been getting my boat service here for the last three years and I have not but love for this place. Excellent service all around. This is coming from a guy who does not take the time to write a review. Great work guys! Definitely a world class experience. Highly would recommend to others.
A little bit of everything here! Thats either a plus or minus to you. There is a variety of stuff to look at, sit on, and check out. Still feels like this place is more suited to off-road, ATVs, and dirt bikes. Great if thats your thing.I cant say the service dept has been my favorite. My last service came out several hundreds of dollars more than expected, without any word ahead of time. Live and learn.
Best customer service Ive ever experienced. Did everything over the phone and when I went to go sign I didn’t have seat for hrs like another dealership I was in and out with a new bike. Shout out to Michael. He will get you the best deal.
I brought my bike in for a recall service. I was only there for 30-40 minutes. Got to sit on some bikes and even attended a work meeting. I would have given 5 stars except my safety bell was lost during the test ride and it was a VERY nice bell that a family friend gave me. I was given another bell but not nearly as nice
Not a tonof options for used bikes. Wish they had more Indian options etc.
Had a great experience with sales department but then tried to make a service appointment and was treated terrible by service department very rude and unprofessional service will not go back again
