Went in this particular location and the clerk was very unhelpful and needs more customer service training.I had ordered a couple buckets of GNC brand whey protein and to my dismay they tasted very chemically, so I went and read the return policy for online orders and see if the retail store will accept returns.It clearly says on the GNC website that online orders can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as you have the receipt of the transaction.I have the receipt printed out showing when I purchased it and how it was paid for and the clerk refused to the refund. The reasoning she gave me was that the system will not allow her to do that, I tried to calmly ask her if they have the product on the shelf, which they did. So I asked again, why not just scan those items and give me a refund because the company you are working for clearly says refunds are accepted.She still refused to give me the refund and told me to try coming back another day or time and hope there was somebody else there that will do it. This tells me that it is her that does not want to do the refund and not the store.I then contacted GNC through the sites chat service, and Edwin confirmed to me that refunds and exchanges are accepted at retail stores even if it is bought online.This clerk at Alderwood mall did not have a name badge so I did not get a name, but she is a heavy set Caucasian woman (mid to late 20s probably early 30s). Disappointed with her lack of trying, knowledge of return policy and company website and the overall attitude towards a returning customer with a bad product that was paid for in full just wanting to get my funds back.Will not go back to this store if I see this lady working there again.This happened on 9-3-2021 @ 4pm. I know management will see this so check your schedule and train your employees better.

Why the hell is this store closed when no other stores are closed in the mall? No signage no update online no nothing to explain the inconvenience
Have what I needed and staff even pointed out a way to improve my existing membership so I dont lose discounts. Always appreciate staff that looks out for customers best!
Employee was very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge without being a salesman and trying to sell me things I didnt really want.

Usually only one or two people working at a time so they cant help everyone in a timely fashion but I feel like everytime I go there Im not satisfied with what they suggest for me to take or I dont feel confident that they know what theyre talking about and I always end up going back to Vitamin Shoppe for my supplies
Staff is incredibly rude. They are always so pushy about signing me up for their membership that I’m not interested in. I have to say no 10 times before they leave me alone. Awful place I’m never coming back.
The staff was the worst, I didnt believe the cashier actually worked at that store, he seemed to be stoned. Very weird

The store has a wide variety of nutritious foods, everything is available, and the service staff has a good attitude. Unfortunately, the selling price is not very cheap, and some of them are not good enough.
I found a medication that was hard to find in the other pharmacies I found there.
