Chris & Jeff installed new automatic entry doors to my leasing office and laundry facility; AS a team and individually, Chris and Jeff provided outstanding customer service and installed and programmed an exceptional product! The first picture is the old office door, the second two are of the new auto-open office door with push paddles, the third and fourth images are of the new laundry auto-open door and push paddles. Chris and Jeff set the door open timing to meet our needs and ensured the work area was safe and well maintained throughout the project. The work site and and new glass was properly cleaned upon completion of the job. Thank you so much, Chris and Jeff!!
This place is amazing, had exactly what I needed, and they were really helpful!
Had Precision Door Service come by to service my existing garage doors and provide quote for matching motor for my second bay so one remote would work for both doors. Paid $80 for that service where NO work was done on existing doors at all. Not even lubricating tracks. Instead got upsell quotes for replacement springs & bearings on just the main door at >$700, (2021 avg price online showed cost should be around $350 at max for replacement spring installation), >$700 for replacement motor on other bay, $35 for a surge protector and the list of other things I need at huge prices goes on. Be aware that a PDS service call is really just paying $80 to get a price gouging sales pitch and steer clear.
Worst experience ever.Asked for door fix. They ordered wrong material, took delay and it took 9 months to fix our commercial door, 3 rework during this 9 months since it. 3 month after we thought it was finally done, it broke again. They told us warranty would not apply since it has been a year since their first visit instead of their completion date. Our Rep left the company so no one knows our situation. Paid $3,000 plus to fix the door function, still broken.Their sales rep and service department are completely separated so do not trust whatever sales rep says since there are no communication between the reps and service people. Door still broken, follow up ended with Rep being gone. would not recommend.
Kirk M is always a pleasure to work with, he was on time and efficient, our door was up and running quickly, thanks again
First off if you pay attention to the reviews, they (precision door) replies to the people who leave positive feedback but Not to the ones who leave negative feedback, just a tip guys... Rectifly the people do wrong by that will serve you better than the thanking the ones who are already satisfied.......Let me just say that I never leave reviews so to get me to leave one is got to be pretty bad and if there was a rating for zero Stars believe me I would have chose it.So about a year ago I have this company come out and install a garage door opener, now with that being said they did an okay job. I have no issues with the service or the tech or the product and Ive been fairly happily with opener since then, however after two or three months the opener became rather noisy and is about the same noise level and performance as my twenty-year-old LiftMaster, but thats not my issue. My issue is with their customer service, so when I had them out to install the opener I only purchased 1 key fob remote and in hindsight should have gotten 2 even though I didnt think I needed one at the time. A couple of days ago I called to ask how I could get one, the lady was quite nice to begin with and said oh sure we keep them on the truck, they are out in your area tomorrow and I can have him sell you one between this time and this time. That sounded good to me and I agreed but then thought wait a minute how much are these so I asked and the reply I got was quite shocking. She said its $59 to have the technician come out and then each remote is $50 even though supposedly theyre in my area) I though wait a minute youre going to charge me a service fee a $59 so you can sell me a remote to a unit you already installed that I already paid for a year ago? When your already in my area? Does that seem like good customer service to you? Lets just go ahead and charge the person who weve already done service with a ridiculous service charge just to sell something when we happen to be in his area anyways what a bunch of BS. so white politely declined and said forget it I would figure out my own option. Now in hindsight Im glad that happened because in my search for a remote I stumbled accross a wireless wifi opener from chamberlain called myq which can open/close and monitor the status of your door from anywhere via an app on your phone.Ohhh and FYI.... Through all this I discovered that the precision door brand does not sopport any universal openers so I had to install the chamberlain on my LiftMaster and it worked like a charm. Thanks precision door company got nothing!!And way to treat your past and current customers.
One of the springs broke on our double garage door. Precision offers 24/7 service and indeed I could schedule the replacement for the same day. The technician came out promptly. Kevin did a great job, installed good quality springs and cables, lubricated all moving parts and gave a 25 point inspection report.
Kevin Rodriguez came to check my garage door opener as it would not close with the button by the kitchen door. Kevin was friendly and extremely helpful and took quick care of fixing the problem. He felt the job was covered with a warranty (put in July) and was gracious not to charge me. This courtesy was unexpected and made my day. Thank you Kevin--you are an outstanding rep for Precision Door Service. Mary Begley
Brett, the store manager, made me feel like a villain when I was trying to get my deposit refunded ($456) for a cancelled order.Brett told me I was taking food out from his employee’s mouths for getting this refund and was shaming me for “being this kind of person,” It literally left me in tears.I never signed anything saying that I couldn’t be refunded. The lady I was talking to before Brett couldn’t even find the fine print that said no refunds, which Brett and the company claimed. They said the door was a special order, which I was never informed of, so they couldn’t cancel it and refund me.I was getting a door repaired for a house I was renting and my now ex-landlord (I no longer live there) said we didn’t have enough time to repair it before I moved out. I originally ordered the door on February 12th and was quoted a 4-6 week part delivery, I followed up 2 weeks later and the company said they couldn’t pick it up until April 15th; my landlord said to not worry about it and just cancel it. I called to cancel on February 29th.Brett told me I should eat the cost, which I cannot afford as a 21 year old living on her own, and ultimately made me feel horrible. I was stuck in the middle as I do not own the house and do not have control over what my ex-landlord does with it. He did end up issuing me a refund but shamed me the entire time. What a horrible experience.
Clinton with precision door came and fixed both springs and roller bearings on our garage door. He was very professional and did an excellent job fixing it. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you precision door for a wonderful job done
Carlou was a great technician! He quickly identified the problem, gave three options, and succinctly explained the benefits and drawbacks of each. He was on time and very professional.
Prompt. Courteous. Thorough. Clearly explained and presented all options. Great service! Doors are working great and have never been so quiet!
The product (door and opener) are fine, but I have to comment on the service. At nearly every step after the estimate, there have been issues. The staff are helpful on the phone, but there is little follow-up. Promises to return phone calls are not met.I am still waiting for a follow-up call and confirmation that an additional part has been ordered. I called back after a follow-up visit, and I was told I would get a call back. After a couple days, I am still waiting. When I complained that the second payment charge appeared on my credit card, I was promised that I would receive a credit until the work was completed. As of this writing, there was no credit.
Customer service, booking appointment, follow up, install was all efficient and easy. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Im big on customer service and they nailed it.
Jeremiah did a great job. came on his day off. was on time. didnt over charge. quick and efficient. thank you
Jordan and Rawlly were very courteous and professional. They made sure everything was working correctly. Thank you Jordan and Rawlly for installation of oversized garage door and opener.
These guys are lifesavers. Its closing hour for my business; I go to shut the Overhead Garage Door (manual/chain pull) and I see that the cables are wound like crazy all over. Whoever opened the door last had opened it too fast and completely loosened the cables off the drums. I called 5 different companies, none of which could make it out so I could go home. Precision Commercial Door Service was the last one I called and got here within a half hour. They spent barely as much time fixing the door (friendly guy named Kirk) and I was able to go home without having to waste my whole night guarding a garage door or possibly injuring myself fixing it. The only downside is the hourly rate fee and 2 hour minimum charge, but when youre under a time constraint, its worth the fix. You get what you pay for, good service from a good company.
I am so impressed with the tech Jessie. He came in this morning (Friday) after Mike helped to juggle his schedule around a bit (was supposed to be next Monday) and tacked an old style wooden warehouse door that had a broken bottom panel. Mike originally estimated the work to take 6 hours, Jessie finished in 4, and got our warehouse door repaired and working great. But what I was most impressed about was both gentlemens demeanor, professionalism, and just being plain nice. I cant thank Mike enough to have Jessie come early, and Jessie did a great job (he came equipped with wood supplies and sawhorse, and then cleaned up totally after he was done. And Then he thanked me for the business. With a smile no less! *wow*Will definitely recommend these guys to my colleagues!
Super fast and amazing service by Precision and especially technician Chris Wilde- he replaced coils and proactively replaced worn bearings that could have easily been ignored- all covered by their great warrantee-- great products, knowledge, and service. Appreciate that they look at the entire system at once.
15 months ago, Cody C. replaced the worn out bearings/rollers, drums, cables, torsion springs, and track on our garage door assembly. We were very pleased with the work so when our garage door suddenly stopped working today we knew who to call - Precision Door Service of Lynnwood, WA! We hoped the work could be done ASAP and were happy when we got a same day appointment. It was set for 3-6, then we got a call for an early opening at 1-3, and then soon after received another call from Certified Technician Chris W. who said he was in the area and would be right out. Wow, we were extremely happy with the quick, efficient response. We are lucky!Chris immediately identified that the operator/rail assembly (Craftsman brand) needed to be replaced. It was a very old system and was just worn out. He outfitted our garage system with an upgraded/improved lifetime warranty system of a new operator, rail assembly, wall control panel, keyless entry system, and the photo eye safety system (which we did not previously have). We also purchased several transmitters. The new assembly is whisper quiet, not the old chain grinding sound.Chris W. is an all-star; very professional, cordial & delightful, and knowledgeable & proficient. It was amazing how fast he completed the work. He reviewed the work he had done and gave us a thorough overview of how to use the system - keyless entry, transmitters, manual rail release, wall control panel, etc.In the future we would like to replace our two car garage door so Chris provided us with a handout and showed us three steel door options (single, double, triple layer) and color choices.Note: There are several components to a garage door assembly, which is what I have learned now after two visits from Precision, and depending on the upgrade and/or area of repair various parts/assemblies may or may not need to be replaced, but all parts have a cost. Optional is the keyless entry system, and number of transmitters you desire. We will gladly refer Precision to anyone in need of garage door service and will call them when we are in the market to replace our garage door.Thank You Chris W. and Keep the Doors Rolling Smoothly! George & Andrea
Professionals. No nonsense.
