They have great and unique collection. Loved each and every item. We got some masks and some decor for Halloween from here this time.

Its a spirit halloween store folks, it nothing more and nothing less than you are expecting. are the staff super upbeat and excited to help you? not really.. are the staff able to check you out when you get there, yup. are costumes and decorations all in plastic bags and generic and what you expect for 30$ costumes, absolutely.These stores magically appear and then mysteriously disappear with the seasons. thats the real spooky part folks.👻🎃My kids love coming here to see the scary animatronics and I am sure their screams fill the workers hearts with joy. I have never ordered online because they have an actual store in every town, if you want costumes online, buy from amazon, thats what amazon does.

Ive never been here, in my 30 years of life on this planet! I love how amazing this place is! I have nowhere else to compare it too, but I was tickled pink!

I’m not usually one to post negative reviews as I understand the stresses and frustration that can come with a customer facing job. However, my experience at the Lynnwood Spirit Halloween must be noted. My daughter and I had ordered a costume from Spirit online and, upon its arrival, my daughter found it uncomfortable and refused to wear it. So, we trekked out to the Lynnwood store to exchange it for a new one. We walked around for 30 minutes, found a couple that she liked but, unfortunately, they didn’t have her size. With that, I went to the register to return the costume and buy a hat I liked. I was told that unless I found something of equal value, they wouldn’t refund me any money, which I was not happy to hear. Ultimately, I found a couple more items and ended up paying another $20 to the store. At my departure I thanked the employee who helped me and went on my way. At this time the manager, Ashley, walked up the register and, purposely within my earshot, stated, “I‘m sorry he was rude”. To seek an opportunity to insult one of your customers, especially after they spent almost $100 on your products, is unacceptable. Because of this, me and my family are never using Spirit for any future Halloween needs. We found a costume at the Party Supply Store in Everett super quick and the people there were happy to help us and grateful for our business.

I came in wearing skin tight clothes and a mini purse and I was being followed around like I was stealing. I feel hurt that I would be profiled like that just because of the way I was dressed. I ended up spending a lot of money and I like the stuff I got but the staff really hurt my feelings so thanks..

I like the store. Only thing is they have a little selection of wigs and accessories for costumes you may be putting together yourself. I like to make my costume and add accessories. But if you dont like to fuss with making your costume it has a lot of fun and well made costumes. Prices are reasonable.

I love spirit Halloween they have the best decor and costumes are great quality but why are they opening so early :( I really don’t want the holiday rushed bc it’s my favorite and it makes me upset knowing that it won’t be celebrated bc of COVID-19 and that the stores are only opening so people can get things to decorate there house...but there isn’t really a reason to bc if there isn’t any Halloween why open the stores and rush the holiday 😕
