I have to say that still after my many years of drinking dry cappuccinos the Nordstrom e bars around the country seem to have the best knowledge of how to make a specialty drink overall course Ive had an occasional negative experience but generally they have been very good

Always friendly and fasr service. They take their time to make your drink.

Didnt like the service. Paid in cash and manager looked irritated she had to touch my money. The drink was pure sweetness too..

Not a great experience at this Nordstrom coffee shop... I guess I shouldnt have expected much since it is connected to Nordstrom and there was no one here. I decided to go to this coffee shop because the Starbucks in the mall had a really long line. I know now its because this Nordstrom coffee shop isnt that great.I got the honey almond latte which Ive never tried before anywhere and it was a serious letdown. It had an overpowering sweet taste and none of the coffee was allowed to shine through. If I were to come back, I would just get something more normal to see what the actual coffee tastes like.

The employees were friendly. I brought a Nordstrom branded mug here and I found that the bottom plastic felt off after a couple of wash. I stop buying any products from the store after that but I always enjoy their drinks and bagels. They need to get better supplier with their brand on it.

Whenever I visit the alderwood mall this is my first stop. My drink is always upto par. The staff is always gracious and create a fun pleasant atmosphere.

Very good coffees!

I like Green Cups( cucumber, apple, kale, broccoli) and buy it each time when come to Mall to Ebar!

The atmosphere is good and the latte is delicious!
