Angela the sales lady was the most polite, helpful and refreshing person. Was looking for a longer strap for my purse unfortunately the store nor Michael Kors dont carry that. When I tell you this lady was throwing out suggestions for an alternative use was nice. She didnt have to do that its always the smallest things that make the biggest difference. Thank you Angela

Good luck returning anything to this store. Buyer beware. Bought my wife a birthday gift, zipper was so rough she couldnt even open it. Tried to return it 3 days later and was refused. Original box, with receipt. Online return policy says returns are excepted for full retail price, but this store does not adhere to company policies and makes up rules as they go.

I come here to buy my wifes bags. She has a few of these along with some coach and Dooney Burkes that I gift to her for birthdays, anniversary and other holidays. This place seems to not always have the matching wallets to go with the bags, and that drives my wife nuts!. So that leaves me to shop around a bit more to find what she wants. Macys is right across from this place and they seem to have the matching Michael Khors wallets which is really bizarre to me but OKay. Decent customer service here, I like the lady that appeared to be the Boss. She helped me and wiped my wifes bag down with leather cleaner.

I’ve always had, throughout the years, a great shopping experience at Michael Kors… But this particular location was exceptionally fabulous. The sales staff was super helpful, very friendly, and they even offered to clean my existing MK handbag while I was in the store shopping. (It had a stain on the side) So anyways, I ended up purchasing these really cute heels(FYI- the woman who sold them to me mentioned that they were comfortable, but I didn’t believe her until after I’d warn them all day at the office)! Cute + comfort =my kind of shoe. Then, a couple of weeks later, I received this really nice, handwritten note card in the mail, thanking me for my purchase and offering to help me clean my bag again. It’s funny how a simple handwritten note can feel so thoughtful and make a customer feel so appreciated. I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer of MK. 👡

Michael Kors makes and sells items (handbags, shoes, clothing, jewelry, etc) it terms aspirational luxury - excellent and desirable products that are NOT mass market due to their high (but not extortionate) prices. You will find many comments about how Michael Kors designs have jumped the shark, and often I find items to be... incredible. But I am always able to find something gorgeous - classic lines, unusual colors - for my wife.But THIS store also has the intangible factor, its manager, Adrienne Heuser. Adrienne somehow has been able to find and hire, and train, the best of the best. You do not enter this store to an inane, Can I help you? that you hear at every other store. This stores employees guide you with exclamations of delight re the new seasons items, and how they might accessorize your prior purchases. And have you seen this item? Yes, they remember you, which makes you want to buy something, return, and then buy something again. Not sure how Adrienne does it, but she does. For that matter, not sure how long Michael Kors corporate will keep Adrienne in this store when she obviously has a bright future at the executive level.In other words, if you are in the market for a Michael Kors this or that, it is worth the drive to shop at this store.

Very nice store but super pricey

Kind, helpful staff - especially Berry who worked hard to find the item we wanted and gave great advice. The items were mostly out of stock but made do with what she could.

I even dont want to give them one star.I called them ask for one bag they said no one available in store but they can order for me online. I asked if they could check it online and they said no.then I drove here for half an hour.They talked with the new customers and let me wait for almost 1 hour.When the store had only 3 minutes to close they told me that the bags were all sold out online.They also lied to me this bag already sold out at Black Friday .But I just saw it the day before yesterday.I still cant believe what they did to me.I will NEVER EVER come here again and I abhor all forms of racial discrimination !

This place deserves - stars. I ordered a watch from them over the phone on Dec 19th. The sales associate used my credit card to purchase a gift card to buy the item and never told me PROBLEM 1, she told me I wasnt allowed to pay for 2 day shipping if I wasnt buying this as a gift so close to christmas PROBLEM 2, I called to cancel SAME DAY for her bad attitude and they told me at the corporate office that I couldnt. It is now Jan 5th and I have not received the item or a refund. Adrian told me she would handle it and dints, second manager told me she would handle it and didnt, Jaime the 3rd manager told me she would handle it and didnt. This store is disgusting and I have now had to get a lawyer involved as well as a new crew and BBB.... Not one person working for Michael Kors was interested in getting my money back to me. FYI shop ANYWHERE else, at high price points they should be trying to keep a customer... my shopping feeds their families.

Super friendly staff and fabulous wares.

Most annoying store personnel, will not let you browse without talking to you and trying to get personal information out of you, the entire time you are in the store. Returned a bag that I had gotten for a gift which wasnt my style, I intended to exchange it for something I liked better but the 2 sales associates made me feel so embarrassed for returning a bag, they kept saying over and over, I cant believe you are returning this bag, its such a nice bag, they made such a scene that the other customers in the store where starring watching their behavior. I ended up asking for a credit and went to the Bellevue store where the sales associates were very professional, allowed me to browse, and were very helpful with my purchase. I will NEVER walk into the Lynnwood Michael Kors store again.
