Poor customer service and knowledge of their own store... but I went down a few blocks and came across Premium Cigar and Pipes.... go check them out! I will 5 star them soon. I browsed their website before coming in and was set on one specific pipe for the price that was listed on their website but that pipe wasnt in stock so the guy helped me find one similar at a price within my budget.

0 STARS!!! Order placed January 18, 2020. It was shipped and out for delivery then, brought back to shipping facility and lost. I called vendor immediately asked that they send a new shipment. They told me they had to wait for shippers to verify. I forwarded a voicemail from UPS Supervisor confirming LOST PACKAGE.After I called several times asking that they re-ship or refund, they finally agreed to send me a new shipment but then, GHOSTED me and will not answer a phone call. Havent gotten any new emails/updates. Cannot get any response in any way, shape or form.My recommendation: RUN to a NEW PLACE! Aaron (the ONLY Customer Service Rep) has NO Authority and Rey...his boss claims that youve gotten the wrong number and reached a Cash & Carry. No Ownership, No Attempt at Service, NOTHING. Im APPALLED at the complete lack of care or response. They take your money and GHOST You. VERY Professional.

Had such a bad experience here today that I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I have too much to say about my visit to put it all here but Ill summarize: I was denied a deal that Ive gotten here twice before, then I couldnt get a refund even the minute after the transaction. I could feel the cashiers annoyance with me when I first walked in today too.. I loved this store but they just arent very consistent with service or policies lately.. I cant say Ill be back any time soon. Im leaving my old review below so hopefully one day I can just delete this update.------Great staff & great prices! This company stole money from me. I was over-charged by x2 the price it should have been. My total should have been about $45 and I was charged $89.46. I didn’t noticed until the next day that the math didn’t add up, and unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt. I immediately explained the situation in hopes of getting it resolved. This occurred September 10th. It has now been 3 months. I’ve tried calling, going in in-person, I’ve talked to multiple employees and the owner but he has been extremely evasive and refuses to return my call. Highly recommend staying away and finding a different place to go.

It used to be a very good smoke shop with good standard quality products. I used to drive down there from Seattle for hookah related products. The quality has gone down. This is my 2nd coal burner in 2 weeks which worked on Day 1 and then never worked. Bought the one which as attached to this review yesterday evening and it never worked after I reached home.

Went into store to get new coils, employee working was too busy talking and laughing in another language on a Bluetooth headset to make a sale. When it first happened I said “excuse me” because I didnt notice the headset and wanted to make sure I heard the employee correctly. She looked at me and said “wasn’t talking to you” and went back to laughing and talking on the headset instead of helping me to get something out of the case. I don’t know who the manager of this store is, but this is the 3rd visit to this store where this has happened. I was not the only customer in the store when this happened, and the employee wasn’t helping anyone. Will not be back. I’ll stick to the other vape/tobacco store down the road. Where they HELP their customer instead of talking and laughing on a Bluetooth headset.

Man, Ive been going here for much longer than a minute. And juul pods used to be 15 flat. Just changed it last week to like 17. They wont even hook it up for someone whos been going there for 7 years. They arent the GoGo they used to be. Rip.

He decided to come in anyways and stand in the humidor with me. The whole time I was looking at cigars he was watching me. Very odd, it felt really awkward and uncomfortable. Will not go back.

Terrible product, terrible customer service.I bought several items from them, one supposed to be a color changing bubbler. Used the bubbler significantly over 4 months, and it never changed color. I sent an email to ask them if it was defective and included pictures, the response was Can exchange used. I asked them to clarify, they really meant they wont exchange it. I never asked for a refund or complained about any other product purchased from them.There is so many other places to buy pipes, avoid this one.

I love GoGoPipes. I dont go anywhere else, and Ill make due without when I break something on accident. My local shops charge 4 times as much as gogo. Excellent customer service. It was friday, and I accidently made some pre-authorization transactions trying to use my debit card. Sean with GoGoPipes faxed proof of the failed transactions to my bank, so I could get the funds reversed, and I could buy groceries and pay my rent for the weekend, as well as enjoy my purchase. He even called me to confirm I received the funds from the bank too! Thanks Sean! Oh, and free shipping.
