I have been vaping a particular brand of juice for many years. When I could no longer buy it directly from the manufacturer, due to the federal change in law, the owner of Burnout arranged to accept it on my behalf so I could continue to get it. I went into the store masked and purchased my coils and juice. The next month I went in, he remembered me and what I vaped and the coils I use for my mod. Every month I go in, he remembers what I get. Amazing customer service. I cant believe he recognizes me, still masked, and the products I use without ever having to ask for them.

Always very friendly, the owner and his staff know what they are talking about when it comes to vape, glass and other related items. If they dont have they will get it type attitude. Just a fantastic place.

Just had an amazing experience here. Have a lot of errands to run so I didnt have long to look around but the place was extremely well stocked, with great prices. Customer service was also phenomenal, i was greeted immediately upon entry and the gentleman working was great conversation. He took the time to explain how to spot a certain fake product that I didnt even know was fake. i was just asking for the product and he helped me find that same product I previously got from another shop was indeed fake and therefore unsafe. other shops may not look out for your safety, but I know that this one does. Im not naming the product name here because I dont want to damage the reputation of the legitimate brand that the fake product is making itself as.

I spent my last $3 this morning on a lighter. It stopped working after an hour. I came back later and tried to exchange it? He took it from me, tested it for himself and clearly saw it wouldnt light despite having plenty of fuel. Then he said, Im sorry, we dont do exchanges.So why bother testing it? I let him keep it as I clearly had no use for it. If a store is happy to sell faulty product and not do anything to make it right, then I have no need to spend any more money there. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen, Ill go where the employees arent content to swindle.Premium Cigars and Pipes a couple miles further up 99 has always taken care of me. Ill be driving the extra few minutes from now on.
