Not that this should matter AT ALL but I am a female. I avoid Dunn Lumber as much as possible because how unwelcome I feel when I walk through the doors. I dont get a hello or can I help you find something today. Instead I get looks as if I walked into an male exclusive club. I dont shop at places that make me feel not welcomed.

I have designed and built a lot of decks in the area. Dunn helps with my take off for materials. They deliver as well. If there something I need and not in stock. Then they get it.Thanks Guys

This is a great store. I wanted to build a loft for our bed (we live in a studio house) we told the counter employee our plan & he helped us order & cut the wood. He also found the perfect screws to buy. Our loft is built! They made this easy. I highly recommend dunn lumber!

Great location, selection, and service. Slightly more expensive than HD and Lowes, but MUCH more knowledgeable staff, and more professional, friendly attitudes, to boot!

Dunn has the best service people, last time I was there they picked the best wood for me. If you need some wood in odd sizes or types Dunn is your place, they have 2X4 and 2X6 cedar in all sizes. I got 2X4X14 and 12 clear cedar, try getting that at the box store.

My go to place when the big box store doesnt have what Im looking for. Many times the salesman will actually walk with me to help me pick out my items. Dont get that type of service in the big box stores. Special order items are usually found in one of their many stores. I try to buy local whenever I can. Support the local economy!

Love going to Dunn. Lumber is very high quality and theyll help you load, or they can deliver. Much more pleasant experience than other DIY stores.

I ordered some railings and was told that they would arrive Wednesday however they came Friday which was fine because the installer was scheduled for Saturday. The person who helped me with the order got everything completely wrong. The order and the railings are the wrong size, color, and also charged me more for the wrong product. I will be going in to the store to sort out this whole mess and will update review depending on the outcome. My advice when ordering from Dunn lumber triple check everything because the sales guys dont care.UPDATE: I received a phone the next morning from a manager who was able to solve the problem and explained that the Railing company has made mistakes like this before. Dunn lumber took ownership and provided a solution for different railing and I was able to complete the project. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Meh carry some descent construction materials, few tools.... Clean store, too bad the people who work there cant be bothered to come from behind the counter to offer help or service...oh yeah a whole 2 people shopping and 7+ working... Ugh

Nice knowledgeable folks, but I wish the buyers would buy better grades of lumber. A lot of the stock is shop grade, and if I need something better, I have to shop elsewhere.

I go here first for many house projects before I drive to the bigger stores. Better selection of wood, trim, screws, fencing and exterior projects. Nice friendly and knowledgable staff.

Great customer service. Unfortunately prices are excessive on many items. For example, they charge $50/gallon for a wood stain which has a MSRP of $32. This level of price gouging is remarkable given the competition McClendons and the big box stores.
