We ordered a balloon bouquet 9 days ago and the balloons are still going strong. So good that we passed them on to a different family who needed balloons for a childs event! The balloons were huge and festive and made a big impact. Also the price was fantastic and she was able to make them up even at the last minute.

I used M&M for my balloons we had purchased for our daughters first birthday in mid-December. I called and asked to rent a small helium tank, and instead of taking my money, Francine talked me through how many balloons I had and determined that filling them up herself over renting me a tank was going to be better bang for my buck. So refreshing to see that level of customer service. On the day of she was right on time filling them, and even got a laugh and was understanding when I determined my car wasn’t big enough and I’d have to run all the way home to get a different car. She had recommended me the “high-float” treatment for our latex balloons as they would last 5-7 days longer, a month and some change later, they are still flying high. I’ve recommended this place to 5 friends who’s kids birthdays were around the corner and will refer many more!

Honestly working with Francine was a pleasure, she did a beautiful organic balloon garland which was about 20 feet long, this balloon arrangement went through it all in a day, sunshine, heavy rainy, wind and some more heavy rain for hours & the garland looks just as great as it did 20 hours ago. Very very pleased with service. I highly recommend m & m balloons. Stop searching go with them. Thank you for your great service Francine!!!

Delightful to work with! They produced and delivered an amazing 12 ft tall rainbow sculpture in 24 hours, in time for a wonderful birthday surprise. The balloons brought so much joy to my dads birthday, he said it was the best gift hed ever received! Thank you so much!

One of the best customer services experiences I have ever had! Time got away from me with a holiday weekend, so I left a voicemail letting them know Id be calling the next morning when they opened. Even though they were closed for the holiday, I got a call back with tips for ordering just what I wanted online. I ordered - got email confirmations all along the way, and my balloon bouquet (which was perfect!) was delivered the next day. Absolutely outstanding!

M&M Balloon Co. has a good selection of balloon bouquets at reasonable prices. Its delivery service is dependable. If issues or questions arrive, their response is quick and thorough. I have used the company for several years to send balloon bouquets to a 92 year old aunt in Seattle. She always reports great pleasure in receiving the bouquets.

Can I give M & M Balloon Co. more than 5 stars??? I called Francine from the east coast the day before my stepsons birthday (also was St. Patricks Day). She could not been more accommodating. Her firm delivered a gorgeous bouquet of a combination of St. Patricks Day and Birthday balloons to the dialysis center where my stepson had to be that day for one of the 3 four hour dialysis treatments he must have each week. The balloon delivery was perfectly timed for the morning period he would be there. You can see in the picture how thrilled he was as were all the other dialysis patients and medical staff who got to join in the fun. Thank you Francine and Company! My only regret is that M & M Balloon Co. is not closer to us on the east coast.

Rented a helium tank from here. The lady was very professional and I really appreciated how the tank rental included the regulator. No bs at this place.

Elevated Sportz has been been working with M&M Balloon Co. since we opened in 2012. They provide us with helium tank rental and refills and custom printed balloon. Always friendly, always ready to help, the staff at M&M are super easy to work with. Hidden talents include awesome balloon creations by David!

The owner is a little cranky, but it is the only place to rent a helium tank (Party City sells them for $40 but that is single use). Dont buy balloons here, very overpriced. Cheaper on Amazon!
