Why would I go anywhere else? These guys are always taking care of me and super thorough. I bought a new car and needed an alignment after some coilover installation. They even tightened all of the bolts that were loose while performing the alignment. I definitely appreciate these guys and all of their help!

Went in for an alignment issue that revealed a deeper problem than I realized. Jay was very upfront about potential solutions, their cost, and their effectiveness. For every business, communication is key. Saying the tires are old, it might bust and bad things might happen is an awful way to communicate to a customer. There are better ways to communicate your findings about tires especially when they are not in bad shape like they presumed….They might be good at their job, but their mode of communication is poor.

I came in here on a recommendation of some friends to get my 99 Tahoe aligned, which can be rather difficult due to the steering box being old. The tech took me around the truck to show me what was out of center, found a couple of lose tie rods and was extremely thorough. He caught a couple of small issues that other shops had missed and I couldnt be happier with their customer service and the end result. They easily made a customer for life!

Hankook Tire is the only tire shop I trust to take care of my vehicle like it was their own. Ive been taking all of my vehicles to Jae and Team for many years and continue to do so even though I live 35 miles south.

Ditched Discount Tires for this place. This place charges you far less for the same or better service. I always buy the tire from another vendor so I cant speak for the tires offered though. I highly recommend this place for tire mounting and balancing.

I would never forget a few years back I had to drive to my wifes work in north Everett to pick her car up so I can drop it off for the night to get her new wheels sealed & new tires installed. Was going to have someone pick me up & drop me back off, but Jay offered me a ride (who does that?). Ive been bringing all of my tire/alignment needs here ever since not only because of that gesture but this shop lives up to their high reviews and these guys are car enthusiasts as well!

I had a freshly powder coated set of relatively unique wheels with Federal 595RS-RR (not a normal off the shelf tire) l, that needed mount and Ballance. Costco told me that they can not authorize install of any tires not bought through Costco.Naturally, Jae was my next call as I have had him do an alignment for me in the past as well as tire removal and recycling. Great price (same as Costco), took great care of the wheel finish while installing tires and Ballance weights, also gave me quick updates via text when a question came up regarding the valve stems. Highly recommend when custom jobs are needed.

Came in with a budget and had Jae hooked it up with 4 new Toyo tires cheaper than anywhere else. Exact pair I was looking at online too but online was more expensive. Check them out for the best quality deals and work!

Jae seems to be a honest guy, but he needs to work on his communication skills. He sits there and basically belittles you. He plays the blame game even though you continuously tell him what’s actually going on. I set an appointment to get an alignment and wheel balancing. All I ended up getting is wheel balancing. He started inspecting my car for other issues without even telling me he’d charge me for it, because I never asked him to do this. He also was giving me his personal opinion for an hour and included that as well and charged me the hourly rate. So all in all. I pay $100 to get 4 wheels balanced.Don’t charge customers when you start inspecting their car without them asking you to do so. All I wanted was an alignment and wheel balancing.Also, swearing in front of customers is not go business practice.You say you’re trying to save people money, but doing inspections without them asking for it and then charging them is not saving them money.

If youre tired of the big tire shops upselling you with things you dont need, you have to experience this tire shop. Owner is honest and knowledgeable about products. The attention to detail in balancing and alignment sets it apart as well. Dont assume they only sell Hankook brand tires; you can order any brand of tire and wheel at a lower price than the big tire shops.

Hankook Tire Lynnwood provides the best customer service and pricing in our neighborhood. Ive brought there 4 outside (online) purchased tires. Tires installation service included mounting and balancing was completed in less than 45 minutes. The price for a service was much more affordable than in Discount tires, Less Schwab or even in Costco. They have a nice waiting area. Thank you, Jae and all Hankook Tire Lynnwood staff!

Hankook is a tire and alignment shop. The is a great place to have your tires mount and balance rather you buy your tires there or online like Tire Rack. Low profile tires no problem. Jae the ower is very knowledgeable and take his job very seriously. Great customer skill. They got me in and out in about 45 mins. They also do alignment. Top notch Hunter alignment rack and mounting, balancing machine. One things I must mention. Their price is more then fair. Way better then any large tire shop like Discount tire or Costco. Quality service and great price and the shop are very clean. Thank you so much guys for the fast and great service.

What can I say about Hankook Tire, these guys are just awesome. They have always been straight forward and easy to deal with, even dealing with me being a fussy car guy that wants to be in the middle/know everything that is going on. To top off all the good work theyve done for me in the past, they recently fixed a mess up that Firestone of Everett did on one of my wheels. Great service gave a quote and stuck to that price even though there was some other unsee damage. The I got 2 tires from them had my car for a year and they were still going strong. I gat a quote 3x more from a Les great tire shop near by.

I visited this tire center with sincere recommendation from my several friends, and as expected what theyve done to my car was real quality job and even with the expectation I had, still its great working process and you know what? I already believed in shop owner even before I gave him the work while he was giving me such kindness and specific explanation on my situation.(those comments were not for commercial.) I would highly recommend this shop and my 2004 toyota camry came in to a new life.

I had two bent steel rims and my regular mechanic was going to charge me $200 to replace them. I called Hankook and they informed me they would be able to repair the rims and my flat tire for $80!

The owner there, Jae. Did really take a good care of my car.I went to HanKook Tires in lynnwood to get my car aligned.and there was some issue with my car that was keeping him from aligning it properly.but he did manage to aligned them properly and he did work long hours (3-4 hrs) because of my cars problem. He absolutely did his best!!!HanKook Tires wasnt like any other autoshops. he actually called me up to show what he was going with the car IN EVERY LITTLE DETAILS.When he was about to change his methods or the solution, HE DID LET ME KNOW!yes! He walked me through every little steps! I actually felt like he CARED about my car. unlike other autoshops ive been to.I actually feel sorry for him because he spent long hours working on my car and yet.. he didnt change his initial estimate price...which is VERY HONEST!!Im going to need new set of tires soon. so Ill probably go back to hankook tires.I will never trust anyone else with my car. (with tire/alignment issues) except hankook Tires.they rock!EDITED: oh and one more thing. When i emailed Jae about my cars problem he actually replied pretty quick. and it was 9 PM at night! and i told him i really needed to fix my car ASAP. and he said i could bring it in the next day (Saturday). and you know the rest!

Took my car to get it aligned, they got it right up on the rack and let me know that besides a little toe I was within spec and didnt need a complete alignment. I opted to have the toe aligned and was charged less than I expected. Took them all of 15 minutes and I was on my way.
