I bought my 2019 Subaru Impreza in January. The transaction was simple, honest and straight forward. I fully understood that there was no warranty on the car.This morning the passenger side door was suddenly no longer aligned, and there was a substantial gap for the rain to get in!!I had no idea what to do so I went back to Leo hoping he could advise me what to do. He didnt hesitate to help. He came out to check the vehicle and informed me it was an attempted break in. He was able to fix it on the spot!No payment at all! Just a handshake and a smile and I was on my way!

Not your typical used car dealership - better! Leo and the team at Western Auto Brokers provided a fair price, with no pressure, and honest dealing. They let us test drive the car and take it to our mechanic, who confirmed everything that was already as Western Auto stated. The few items we wanted addressed were quickly fixed - they even took the car to dealer-servicing for one item they couldnt repair. Leo lied to my face. I asked if the car had been in accident and I was told no. Took it to a real Dealership for a full evaluation. Once we got it on the lift it looked like the vehicle had caught air and landed hard. the undercarriage was torched. I would not shop here as they cant be trusted. Save yourself the trouble and stay away. DONT BUY 2011 KIA Sportage sliver w/ black int.

Drove a long way to look at a vehicle that was not as described. horrible smelling with tons of cigarette Burns also was a rebuilt title which was not clearly stated as well. Guy working was friendly but had to wait while a previous customer was complaining about a purchase they made there.
