They even vacuumed and cleaned the interior and washed our car, so it looked and smelled way better than it had in a long time! Pleasant, easy-going people. During an insurance claim, I asked for help with some paint scratches. They gave thoughtful, selfless advice for an less expensive option to go somewhere else, instead of suggesting a paint job from themselves. Love that kind of integrity.

The physical job done was great! My car looks like its brand new and they detailed the inside which was a nice surprise and was done really well. My issues with this location is the front staff. First off they were not very welcoming or friendly. Second they lack communication and professionalism. During this process I received multiple text updates. On the Friday before my car was supposed to be complete I received an update that all parts were in which was a lie because Monday the day before my estimated completion I was told when I called in that they are waiting on one part. Then on the day it was supposed to be complete they didnt update me until right before closing that it now wont be done until Wednesday. Then on the day it was finally done they wanted me to pick up my car that day even though I had work until 6 just so they could make their monthly quote which he said on the phone. So if you decide to go here be aware it wont be done on time that you should take updates with a grain of salt and honestly there are 100s of shops in the area maybe shop around first.

Very professional and courteous. Stuck to the estimate and the agreed upon timing of the repairs. I was driven off the road into a concrete freeway barrier that caused damage to the entire drivers side from front to back. Brandon was extremely helpful and worked well with my insurance company to make it completely seamless and painless for me. They made sure to get the work done in a time frame that worked best for me and I was able to continue as needed at my business, with no interruption. And they even cleaned the car and washed my floor mats when done. They had me return for some wheels that were ordered but taking a bit longer to get, in order for me to take the truck when I wanted, and they provided me with a rental car for the day so no plans needed changing and no time/money lost on my end. I couldnt be happier with the work and service I received. Recommended 100%

Caliber Collision is a great place if you need to get your car repaired. From the beginning to the end, this place is professional, transparent, and go above and beyond what would be expected. Dealing with car accidents and insurance companies is never fun and can be quite stressful, but I am glad we found Caliber Collision-they made the whole experience seamless. Brand New car (200 degree temps) and returned it when done. Shows me they cared.

Had my car repaired after a collision and the day I got it back was cloudy, so I couldnt really see what the paint looked like after. Ive noticed in the month since that it looked off. I finally took a photo of two panels next to each other- one with the original paint and the other with their paint job. Its not Oh, its slightly off. Its How were you ever allowed to paint cars int he first place? off. The side they did has way more sparkle and darker paint by multiple shades. Also, they completely missed a large portion of transfer when I got it back. I was more concerned about looking for damage than checking to see if they could actually paint a car.

The people here were almost too friendly but that is good for bringing customers back.This place took care of me.I will say my only complaint would be how long it took.But my rental was covered, so. Im happy.

I cant express in this review how pleased I am with every single staff member in Caliber! Not only did they show extrodanary service they went above and beyond showing their true acts of kindness and care. It is a tramatic situation when unexpected accidents happen and we have to schedule time in our lives to fix the issue. The warmth I felt from the Lynnwood staff Taylor and the other receptionist ( sorry I didnt catch her name), Brian and Ben was so wonderful. Not only did they fix the bumper of my car and had it done within 2 days they also detailed the inside and had my car looking and smelling brand new again!! Its hard to find true customer service these days and when I was driving off the lot I know I have a new family environment I can trust to take care of my vehicles needs. I definitely suggest to go here and no where else. You will be stress free, happy and will not be disappointed 😁

Got slightly rear ended..Took our car to Caliber to be repaired..I’ve heard that red can be a hard color to match...Also my front bumper was faded and had some stress cracks..So I decided to have them paint the front as well..Glad I did..Caliber did a beautiful job on my car..Couldn’t be happier...Their whole team was very professional...Thank you Caliber...John B..

I recently had someone back into me at a parking lot and had to have my bumper cover repaired via an insurance claim. It was supposed to be simple, but my cars color turned out to be quite challenging to match. I was working with Marcia, the general manager, who was incredibly patient with me as a customer and understood my desire for a good match of the paint. After 4 unsuccessful tries to match the paint, she called in the PPG paint rep and they worked together to get a PERFECT match which solved the need for the larger job of blending into the body. To summarize, the customer service I received was BEYOND fantastic and I would certainly do work with them again.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service, the speedy service, the continuing communication, and the repair results were great. I highly recommend this repair facility.

Just had some extensive work done on my car in which it had front end damage and rear end damage. Most of the items were fixed but the headlight went on and off and they choose not to replace it even though they state they will replace anything that is worked on by them for LIFE that didnt function properly. My second experience was worst my door got dinged got it fixed and when they put it back together the speaker was messed up my door handles were scratched (in the inside) and the prep work was not that great on top of that I paid out of pocket for all of that and on top of that had my concert tickets stolen from my car in which when I questioned them they said they would call me back on the issue never got a call back. My car is in one piece now but, I 100% regret that it went to ABRA and if you enjoy your car and work hard for your money like I do and receive the quality of work I got from that shop your better off looking elsewhere.
