Staff was polite, quick service. They moved through lines quickly. Very professional. Lots of space. Sizes were always in order. Great variety in all sizes. Lots of shoes. Would come back to this place. Friendly atmosphere. Great location. Parking nearby. Easy to find the store.

I am starting training for the Berlin and Boston Marathon’s. I procrastinated getting a new pair of NIKE AIR ZOOM TEMPO NEXT%. Caitlyn was extremely helpful and made sure that I had a new pair shipped over night before my 1st group training run. I appreciate her hard work. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

Bought shoes online but it didnt fit. Went to this store to exchange for a different size but they didnt have the size available. Filled out the online return product form and exchanged at this store for a gift card with no problem, thanks to the help of great staff! Bought the right size online with the gift card and enjoying my new shoes!

I bought Nike shoes, *shoes meant for running* and they rip on my 3rd day having them. Incredible how bad quality these shoes are. I would like 100% of my money back ASAP.

I attempted to exchange a pair of running shoes I bought here, yes without a receipt, and was shocked to find that they would only honor $70 on the exchange when I only bought the shoes a week before at $160. At no point were this seasons shoes ever sold at that price so the fact that this was their excuse is feeble at best. The manager, who even sold me the shoes, couldnt care less to fein interest in my plight. Said he didnt remember me. Right, bc why would you remember someone who came into a shopping area store, dirty with hiking gear on so much so that it ended up on the floor. Please. Customer service is indeed lacking these days, but this was something else.

Quick friendly service. I needed to exchange a pair of sneakers for my daughter wrong size ordered online. The place was clean, clearly marked for social distancing, hand sanitizer at front door. A friendly wonder young lady greet me apon entering happily asking me what I needed help with. I no sooner then explained and I had the new sneakers in front of me. She even helped me look up my receipt. I was extremely impressed with the service and store. If want Nike go here. Recommend. Heres receipt info if Nike wants to give her a bonus. I returned a pair of Nike running shoes that had a defect. I bought them in Feb. but just started using them in June and found a defect in the heel. Not only was I able to exchange for a new pair, I was given a refund between original price paid and the current discounted price. Thats customer service!

Went in here after I got my first pair of airmax 90s. The staff here was wicked understanding and knowledgeable about what shoes would work best, some shoes they said would even be best to get else where and not just trying to sell me. At one point I realized they had been closed for over a half hour and at no point was I rushed and they had let me try on many pairs. You need some running gear? Go here.

I like this Nike store as its very clean and looks very nice. It def fits right in with the shopping in MarketPlace. We had to do a return and the manager was more then happy to help us. We had a couple of questions about shoes, clothes and all were answered with lots of feedback. I even had a question about a 2 year old amazing sweater I love and wanted another. They just searched my ID tag and bang they knew what I was talking about. Unfortunately, they dont sell it anymore and have a newer version but ill be sure to pick it up.Id recommend this store for all your Nike running needs.Also a huge plus that the prices in store are the same as online! Cant beat that :).

Employees totally ignored me and had a conversation in front of display item I was clearly trying to get, 4 employees in a empty store and no one greeted or acknowledged me, never going back to this store again
