Its a very good store they always call you when your medications are ready and theyre very polite if you tell them you dont need them anymore. (The meds) They dont cop an attitude and ask you why didnt you call them and let them know ahead of time. That you did not need the meds. Sometimes I have Auto refill but its too fast.

Trash everywhere and wait time is way too long . Only one counter is open .

Nasty place with nasty people on the line .

I called the pharmacy to know if my medicine was ready I was talking and she hang up in my face and they take too long to get the medicine ready

In the last 6 months it started with telling me I picked up my sons medication when I did not and they were upset they had to refill it because of this mistake. Then they have been not following the amount of medication prescribed by the doctor, the monthly quantity and giving less and not following the prescription order. They had owed me medication but never wrote it on the bottles or corrected the amounts on the bottles or even said anything at pick up. Another time they claimed I transferred my medication to another pharmacy when the medication was sitting on the shelf. This pharmacy has multiple problems with management and staff. I dont know who oversees this place but I think every client of this CVS needs to keep a careful eye on their medication when filling here. This is just my advice. This CVS does not follow standards. Count all your pills and if they owe you medication make sure they give it to you.
