I went here to change my service and keep my old phone number. The young man behind the counter had no idea what he was doing and disabled my phone after telling him I had recently upgraded my phone from previous company. I have asked others since leaving the store about this company and have been told other than paying bills there they will rip you on any other services they offer. They need to be Investigated!

I shattered my iPhone 7+ I brought it to several different places and they could not fix it. I brought it here and they were very polite and corteous. They fixed my phone within an HR and it works great. They did an excellent job they were very professional and the price was more than fair..

Great prices especially refurbished phones. I was able to buy a Iphone 7 for the price of a 6 :) Plus, they threw in a free phone case.

Fast service. After 7 quotes to replace my screen on my phone, this was the only place that had the screen in stock and had the lowest price.

I brought my sons iPhone here just to fix a cracked screen that adventually died from being broke for some months. Later that day picked the phone up and it was disabled. The (technician) said it was the charger port and it couldn’t connect to iTunes, the other guy the most respect nice one there said that iTunes was down. The extremely arrogant owner was unbelievable absurd laughing saying things change. That didn’t even make sense. Anyways ok so they keep the phone. Pay25 to fix the charger port. Which was charging fine and never had an issue with the charger port. So the next day I come back and they say nope it’s not the charger port. Ok at this point I’m like ok wow what did my son do to his phone that he tests like a new born baby. These 3 guys were so inadequate unclear unpleasant seemed very confused. So I went to a shop down the street and he connected the phone and uploaded iTunes in about 10 mins and fixed the home button was very friendly and compassionate. I’m so mad I went to this hell smh I was I. Tears getting ready for my best friends funeral and still The owner I can’t believe how rude All 3 guys gave me a different diagnosis as well omg please don’t get ur phone fixed here. Not sure what they up to but it’s not caring about their customers that’s for sure. I really hate that I had to even give a star at all.

Had Emergency repair, they did great job.Placed me ahead of list.I was at first hesitant, but was glad I trusted them, very impressed, professional job.

They took 2 weeks to unlock my phone.They didnt call to tell me it was ready.They brought it back to Nougat from Oreo (Android 7 from Android 8), and didnt tell me about it or ask permisssion.
