I can’t say enough positive things about the owners of this store. I bought an elliptical machine from them and ran into some issues with it. They tried to assist remotely and ended up coming to the house to fix the problem. They diagnosed the issue, consulted with the manufacturer, and stuck with it until they had resolved the problem. This occurred during COVID and they were extremely safe in addition to be friendly and helpful. Matt, Ed, and Kevin deserve your business. Thank you!

Joe was very knowledgeable and was able to explain how to maintain our treadmill, lubricate it, and reset it when the lubricate now classes on the panel. Its working perfectly again.

Wow this store has changed...great place to get used baseball. Hockey etc equipment...they have a ton.....I found what I wanted an elliptcal...and they deliver....A+

Great, honest experience. Ed helped me pick out a new treadmill for my wife and schedule installation at my house. He called when he said he would and set up delivery around my hectic work schedule. They were quick and efficient setting it up. They made this a super easy and comfortable experience. I’ve only ever bought used golf equipment here but I will use them for both used and new sport equipment in the future!!

Great selection of both new and slightly used products. Team members are knowledgeable and they are quick to answer questions that you may have. Delivery time was sooner than I expected and equipment set up by them was efficient.

Love this place. Purchased our elliptical and a total gym from them. Always so friendly and helpful! First place I go when looking for anything sports or fitness.

Went in the other day to get an elliptical for my aging parents, The salesman helped me deiced between two machines by taking the time to go in depth and discus the pros and cons of each to make sure i was making the best decision for me. The staff is polite, passionate and extremely knowledgeable . I would highly recommend making this your first stop for any of your sporting good needs. exactly what i imagine a neighborhood sporting good store to be like i plan on being a customer for life.

Jamie provided a physics-enhancing environment. While I tested a Head tennis racket, he bought a softball glove from me. In addition to equipment, Play It Again offers apparel, footwear, helmets, and more at reduced prices so you can get to the goal!

Low ball offers on trade in items. Another play it again sports offered me $16 more for same equipment. Unfortunately, they are independently owned, so I had to trade in at the same store i would use the credit at.👎👎

Excellent Customer Service and had everything I needed!

The most common reason why I return to a business is very simple. Two factors, 1. They have a product I need, and 2. The staff and management. Ill start off by saying PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS MAYFIELD always carries what I need, and want. If they dont, well they go out of their way to get it. The staff and ownership is hands down the best I have ever had the privilege to meet and deal with. I strongly recommend this location to any and everyone I know.

I got a very nice set of Callaway Big Bertha irons here. They were 2010s. The grips were almost new, there was a little wear on the 9 and 7 iron, but the rest of the clubs were in good condition. Youd never know they were a used set by looking at them. The price was right, too.

Really hoped for a wide selection of used hockey gear for kids. The gear they did have was in so so shape. The price was reasonable fire what I did look at.They seemed to have a lot for other sports also, but I really didnt have time to compare.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Went in on a Monday evening and they spent some time making sure I had the right equipment and it fit and functioned well.

This place is ok and have a decent selection of exercise equipment but if you are trying to sell something to them expect to get about 10% of what your item is worth. I was offered $50 for a $500 machine. If your looking for golf clubs they definitely have what you need.
