I ordered several items online and had them shipped to the store to saving on shipping. However, 2 days after the items were delivered to the store, I still had not received any email that they were ready for pick up. Unfortunately, ALL Uniqlo stores DO NOT have direct phone numbers so I could not call the store up to see what was going on. I had to call their main customer service number but all they could do was send the store a message...they could not even call the store. I did not want to wait any longer so I just went to the store and ask. The manager was able to locate the package. Apparently no one received them into the systems even though they were physically delivered to the store. I was finally able to take them home.
