Great store. The selection is large and seems like good quality. Nice and clean.

I am a hard fit for shoes because I’m female and wear a 10.5. I will not wear men’s because they are too heavy, nor 11’s with a fat sock etc. Rick very patiently ran through all the potential hiking boots and showed me how the insert in my Taos sneakers could be used in a different shoe to enhance comfort. In the end there was a great shoe in a 10 but the store’s system would not allow him to order the 10.5. He was honest. Told me I needed the 10.5 he couldn’t get. I felt badly not buying it there but hope customers appreciate an honest sales person who knows what he’s doing. Hope his management appreciates it too.

Great store. They carry a nice variety, but no quite that of others such as The DC location and certainly not Freeport. Nevertheless, still a good amount. Great staff, extremely helpful and friendly. Tons of easy parking and awesome looking store. Great addition to the area and to see them expanding into other markets.

Very nice clean store. Returned two shirts due to sewing defects. Easy to return items when bought with your online account. Cashier was able to look up my account quickly and get items processed. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

What can I say, this place is great. Not only are their products some of the best quality Ive ever seen, their staff is always helpful and hard working. I saw a person in there today needing the staff person to make at least 6 trips to try different shoe sizes, and I never heard him complain, he just kept trying to be helpful.

This store knows customer service!! Sarah helped me navigate purchasing a couple of kayaks, and the equipment I would need to transport them. Then Darren installed the roof racks and showed me how to load up the kayaks and strap them in for safe transport. Worked out great, my daughter went out kayaking the next day. I love this place! Decent selection of outdoor gadgets and clothing. Sales people are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. It’s an outdoor shop in Legacy Village that’s not located in middle of nowhere.

Nice addition to Legacy Village and I believe the first LL Bean in Ohio. Great for durable clothing and boots. Not so great for camping supplies.

Always love a trip to LLBean! Bought some pants online and, unfortunately, they were too big. Thankfully, the closest store to me (which is an hour away) had a pair of hiking pants ( and a changing room to try them on) that were on sale and my size. Im a tiny adult and its sometimes difficult for me to find pants that arent baggy. Before today the only LLBean store I have been in is the one in Maine. I absolutely love going to that location and seeing everything in the mall-sized store. Its easy to spend an entire day there. Being in this Ohio location brought back the feeling of Maine! They have the best blueberry jam and chocolate covered blueberries! Also, bought some s-biners, cause my husband hasnt been able to find them anywhere else. Worth the trip!

Dont get the LL Bean Mastercard. I paid my charge off in full. Because of the mail the payment was late. - I have my bank send the payments. They would not waive the late charges and told me I should take it up with the post office. Thats lousy customer service.

Gave a 10% teachers discount! Great service and the store is very nice. Expensive, yes, but you do have to pay for L.L. Beans quality. Will shop here again. Wish the stores carried some extended sizes but other than that no complaints. Nice to just look around and get ideas for outdoor fun.

It was meh. I went to purchase 4 pair of pants that were advertised online for $12.99 reg. $49.00 only to be told the tag numbers that are online have to match whats in the store. The tags didnt match so I wasnt able to get the pants. So needless to say Im a unhappy could have been customer. No one even considered making an exception.**Someone from LL Bean contacted me about my experience at the LL Bean store and shared the same info the clerk shared previously, with no consideration for fact the jean in question is no longer available in the color advertised and that the tags must match. Seems like the bait and switch move.Were not amused or potential customers any longer.

What good is a life time warranty on a product if it can be considered “normal wear”? The point of purchasing a product is to wear it. They make quality items but if they cannot stand by their warranty they have lost a customer. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Great, high-quality merchandise but very expensive. They do have some things that you cant find anywhere else, except online. LL Bean products are of very high quality and have a great warranties.

Well laid out store. Not the largest but still a good selection between clothing and equipment. Service here has been excellent the multiple times I have visited. Very informative and willing to find the right items for what you are planning. Easy to complete returns as well.

It was a great shopping visit. One salesperson went upstairs to get a pair of lightweight pants I wanted in khaki green. Another salesperson helped me find a pair of hiking boots from those on sale.

This is really for the LL Bean company overall. Weve been loyal customers for many years and had made on online purchase which, unfortunately had to be returned. Well somehow, our pair of scissors got mailed back with the return [no ones quite sure how it happened, but it did]. And this awesome company MAILED THE SCISSORS BACK TO US! The store is clean and there is a lot of sales people. We were taken care of as soon as we got to the shoe department. My wife exchanged a pair of boots and I found boot lace there that I been ordering on line.A little on the expensive side but worth it.

Im not an outdoorsman, and as such when I need some hiking shoes or other gear, I prefer to purchase these things from a knowledgeable salesperson that works for a store that stands behind their products. L.L. Bean meets all of these criteria. Great shopping experience!I would suggest that you take recent TV news stories that inferred that the L.L. Bean warranty had changed with a grain of salt. If you buy your items at an L.L. Bean store or from their website, my take is that your purchase will be pretty well covered, especially because you were the original buyer. If you bought your Bean items at a thrift store or yard sale, and you take them to the store to exchange for new items, you might be disappointed. Im certain my new hiking boots I purchased will be covered well past the point that i would need or expect warranty coverage. Questions? Stop in and ask.

Great customer service! The zipper broke on the coat I purchased online a few weeks ago. The same coat was not available in store. I left the store with a different new coat and, although I expected to, was not asked or even expected to pay the difference in price!

Had a surprisingly large and diverse selection for outdoor gear. Unfortunately most great is labeled with their name.

Way over priced compared to Cabelas. $200+ for a 6 day bag of the most basic design is way above what it should be. Store selections tiny compared to many other outfitters in the tri county area.
