I wish I could give a 0 star review but in order to review I must give 1.We needed a water treatment system and decided to go with the Kinetico thru Clear Water.The system works great. But AFTER it was installed the price went up by almost $2000! When I called the salesperson I had worked with they informed me I had read the bid wrong. Ok.Yet the guy they sent to install my system didnt know what he was doing, didnt even have the correct parts with him. Had to leave and come back two hours later. He never showed me how to operate the system or refill the salt tank or replace the filters. So when it came time to add the salt and change filters I called Clear Water. They apologized and said I wouldnt be billed for the visit to my home to show me how to use this $8000 system. Then surprise! I got a bill for almost $300 for the technician to come out. I have called and left multiple messages trying to sort this out. Never get called back.I would absolutely NECER recommend them to anyone.
I am very pleased with service they provided. I had their water test person to test my water. She did great job in explaining everything. ( we had water treatment with Northwest water treatment that was not doing its job) installation was smooth and well explained. They tried using what I all ready had. I never though that I would be so happy to se clean water in my toilets. That are awesome.

It was a real pleasure working with Joel at Clean Water Services. He came to my home, discussed our needs and possible treatments for our hard water issue (we are on a private well), and took a water sample. A filter and softening system was designed and recommended, cost was very fair, and the techs were sent down to install. The technicians were absolutely professionals as well - a 10 on a scale of 1-10 - and I have had many pros coming in to do work over the last 7 years. Just cant say enough about the complete experience. Water feels wonderful, and previously crunchy clothes, especially jeans coming out of the dryer are now super soft!! Thank you so much for the amazing service! It is truly appreciated in this day and age!!

If you were to call other companies you might get treated like just another customer, but not at Clean Water Services. You will be greeted with a smile and offered professional advice for whatever water filtration questions you may have. These guys (and gals) are the best! Even if you arent ready to buy something right away, they will help you make an informed decision about how you can treat your water. They really care about their customers.
After having problems with a system installed by others to deal with hydrogen sulfide, I contacted John at Clean Water Services. He was recommended by friends. His solution is so much more effective than what we had before. He was so knowledgeable about systems out there to solve our issue and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I are not only very pleased but also very thankful.
They are open until 5:00PM, but wont answer the phone after 4:00PM.
John and his team did excellent work on our system repair and provided excellent costumer service.
If I could summarize Clean Water Services in only two words itd be: integrity and expertise. Owner John Struiksma and his team have bent over backwards to accommodate my family and I. It has been an absolute privilege to get to know and work with this man over the past 3 years.Our RO/well equipment gave out within my familys first week in our new home, leaving us without water; this was from a combination of old age and negligence on the part of the previous homeowner. We would have been using store-bought bottles of water to cook with and take our baths had John not carted out a 1,000 gallon tank and pump to keep us operational. I have watched John and the Clean Water crew go out of their way (often times to their own hurt) to take care of their customers. Its good business, yes, but, Ive found, so much more than that...its a matter of principal to them. I dont know about you, but that quality is increasingly hard to come by.Johns pricing is fair, his terms more than reasonable, and their service times entirely acceptable. Even were Clean Water to be the most expensive game in town, theyd still have my loyalty, earned by nothing short of pure professionalism, integrity and being plain ol good to work with. I wish some of the previous 1 star reviewers would reconsider their opinions; Ive found trusting the good will of individuals (especially those who have earned it) goes a long way. We all get busy (us reviewers included) and we sure do appreciate grace when its extended to us, so it seems only fair to reciprocate. John and his team have never left me high and dry, so when their vacations roll around, schedules have to be reworked, or they find themselves temporarily shorthanded (can anyone else relate?), I am always happy to accommodate them and have never found myself in a pinch; they make sure of that. To me, thats the true measure of service...how one is cared for when the going gets tough and life happens.Thanks for everything, John. Cleanwater Services is an awesome company to work with. They installed a very high quality water system for us and have been more than a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Clean Water Services for your water needs. John, the owner, came out and assessed our water system and gave several options and explained well how they would work. After making a decision on how to go, his installer came out and did a professional job of setting everything up and making sure I understood how the system worked. John also recommended I have an arsenic test done since it hadnt been done since 1985 and the acceptable arsenic levels had changed. Finding we were over the acceptable level we installed a reverse osmoses filter for our drinking water and now, our water is the best Ive ever tasted anywhere. We are looking forward to having Clean Water Services as our water guys, great communicators and excellent service.
Horrible company, no customer service, would never hire them again or recommend them. they just want to sell systems and walk away, not looking out for the customers best interest.
We could not be happier with the water treatment system we got from Clean Water Services. 6 years ago we bought our house which had a well. The water from the well has a VERY strong sulfur smell. The water experts that came out told us it was the some of the worst smelling water they had ever encountered. John and the team from Clean Water Services came out and set us up with a Kinetico Sulfur Guard water treatment system which has worked extremely well. Occasionally we have to add a gallon of hydrogen peroxide to the system or change out a pre-filter cartridge. We take care of this ourselves and pick up these items at their store. We appreciate their commitment to taking care of our water treatment needs. Having been a customer for over 6 years, we have a high regard for the people and service of Clean Water.
Wonderful delivery guys! Always prompt when we run out of water before the expected delivery date, and the receptionist is kind and works quickly to make sure all of your needs are taken care of in a timely manor!
C.W.S. took over a bad water/well situation and within a few days had perfect water for our home. Their knowledge, customer service and ability to work through a tough situation are second to none. I would recommend Clean Water Services for the toughest of water filtration.
One night we noticed our toilet kept running. So we called a plumber and they had come out and saw that we didnt have a filter from our well into our house. This was causing sand to get into our toilet tanks and cause problems with the plumbing. John and the crew at Clean Water Services came out the next day, put together a very affordable option for me and scheduled our filter to be installed as soon as they could! Within a day or two, we had our new filtration system in! They did a great job communicating and installing. I felt like I was important to them and you dont always get that these days. I would highly recommend Clean Water Services!

Cleanwater installed my filtration/UV/self cleaning system at Lake Samish 10 years ago. It has been flawless with safe clean water. They can do anything.
They dont follow though with anything. We are very disappointed in the service they have given us. When are water softener is caputs (probably soon we will look else where. )

Avoid at all costs.I purchased the highest end Kinetico from CWS which promptly failed to function. CWS did not stand behind their product, they refused to remediate it and continue their unique poor service guarantee to this day.
I had a problem with the water causing skin irritation because of the chlorine in the water. Once a system was installed, I did not have the problem.
