I ve been waiting for three hours to unloading me. Very slowly

The order that my project partner made was done in a timely manner and done correctly. However, due to an error in the ordering process, a refund was supposed to be reimbursed. Half of that money was refunded. Note this was around Thanksgiving so even taking in consideration of the holidays, my poor partner should not have to call persistently to get the rest of his refund and at one point go back to the place and ask for his money! He has literally been on their case for 2 weeks and luckily has proof of money owed. As of yesterday he was told its being issued but its yet to show. 2 weeks and counting and its their error!Update: after my professor had to call personally the money put back in the account within 30 minutes. So yes the money was refunded after a respected colleague had to call and stop playing nice.

Very slow i have been outside waiting for them to pull me back to unload me for 2 hours all of their trucks were gone and no customers getting orders prepare to sit here for a while
