Love love love this store!They have such great items there whatever suits your tastes!The only reason for a 4-star rating is because some of their items are extremely expensive!But if you have the patience to go through the whole store a lot of times I find things that Ive seen weeks before at full price that have been marked down and that is when I jump on them! :-)I love the farm decor, and all the different scents of oils, and the outdoor decor.

My wife loved this store and could browse through it for a long time. Lots of stuff - packed full! It is all kept very neat and orderly. The sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. Even as a man I enjoyed walking through this store but its not going to hold me for more than 30 minutes and even that was a stretch. :)

Nicest choices of niche products.Lots of eye candy here. Plan to stay for a while . There is so much lovely inventory offered here to consider. Look for sale items...great bargains await!

I love Pier One!!! They have an amazing selection, just about anything you could want for your home. I am a very satisfied customer. They also offer great deals online and clearance in the store.

If I could give this store zero stars, I definitely would. The store is neatly designed, a bit pricey though. My problem is the customer service. This is the second time I have been to this store and the atmosphere has been the same. No one greeted me when I came in, no one asked if I needed anything but they showed favoritism to other customers coming in. Maybe Im not the right shade to be in or get service in this store.

The customer service here has become sleight of welcoming it used to be one of the best Pier ones on the East coast. I used to brag about going in here and getting the best customer service. But here lately its not! which is a shame! Now it ranks in the bottom 2. I spent $6,000 with Pier 1 last year next year Ill probably spend less than 1. I shopped at Pier ones Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina. All over the country and this used to be one of the BEST! if not the best for customer service! no longer is it. I to brag about how this pier one was the best to everybody online to their main Banks Comenity Bank. Actually theyve become rather arrogant with their comments and attitudes towards customers. Since Jackie lefts they have, forgotten how to treat customers and who buys their products clearly. I will not be buying much Pier 1 no more. I will be giving up my Pier 1 credit card and will be going back to Wayfair, and Kirkland.

The employees here are incredibly helpful, no matter what you ask of them. I had an issue with an online order; didn’t expect the store to handle it; just asked what was my best course of action. The young man I spoke with handled the problem immediately!

These people talked me into getting a pier I credit card and when I received the bill I discovered that despite my outstanding credit the APR is 27%!!! I think that is the highest legal limit you can set a credit card at. When I called the card company the customer service rep said that is just the way it is.If I would have know that I would never have applied for this card. This store is participating in what are borderline predatory practices. Dont reinforce them with your business.
