Wonderful place to shop! This is where my husband and i bought my engagement ring from and it was a steal for a Leo Diamond in an Odelia setting, we had it made. Also 2 Roku t.v.s, 2 wireless Bluetooth headphones, a PS3 w/ games, a 60 T.V., Assorted Jewelry, some Silver Bars, paparazzi jewelry, a few watches and some coach purses. Tons of Jewelry, Electronics,Tools, Movies, Games, Name Brand Purses and Coins etc all in one with awesome prices, sooooo very reasonable and negotiable!A very very nice building for a pawn shop, it is very welcoming and the staff is fantastic! especially being a woman, pawn shops can be intimidating and scary, but the building and atmosphere is very clean and classy. They do giveaways too, that customers can enter in with every purchase. They recently just gave away a DAVID YURMAN NECKLACE! This will always be my favorite place to go.

Funny story, I had a Kentucky cluster diamond ring that was passed down by a deceased relative in which I no longer possessed (long story) so I decided to go on eBay and look around I was able to find one that looked very similar and it was priced good so I purchased it and afterwards I looked where it was going to be shipped from and guess what? They were in Forrest va ! Not even 30 minutes from my home. Out of all the places in the world they were local!! So in a way it’s kinda like having my family ring back when I look down at my hand again,even though I know it’s not that exact one. But I’m thankful for Lynchburg jewelry! Very nice and trustworthy people! I will definitely stop in in the future . Thanks again .

I liked it alot better this time around than previous visits. Although wasnt very happy seeing a boss chew out an employee behind the counter in front of customers.Came in to shop movies which are better to buy there on Saturday. They had their movies on sale at reasonable prices. Last few visits they were overpriced in comparison to other Pawn Shops in the area.The store is very organized and big. Lots of staff running around and being very friendly. However several employees asked me within minutes of each other if I was finding everything ok this gets annoying and might agitate some customers from buying or shopping more.Ill be back and recommend them as long as they keep their movie prices reasonable.

I was beyond pleased with the service and experience I had in this store it’s already embarrassing to go in somewhere and need to sell or pawn your stuff for money and then have people who feel they are above you for doing it I didn’t feel like that walking into this place or when I was leaving I was reassured and felt like I was at home it was a pleasure doing business with them!

Drove 20 minutes over here because they listed a drill on Facebook for $50 with the battery and charger when we got there they said it did not come with the battery and charger and even though thats how they listed it if we wanted it it would be $35 moreand no warranty. Biggest waste of time ever!

They were very patient with me. They were polite kind and didnt rush me or make me feel like me I was being rush. I was help and felt like everything I ask for was taking with consideration. I have never been a pawn shop where just because I was looking that I was important and not a waste of time. I was welcome from the time I arrived to the time I left. What an amazing selection in the heart of Wyndhurst. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that this was not like all the other pawn shops. The jewelry selection rivals any major retail chain yet her prices were 1/2 of what you would expect to spend. Prices are not as advertised. There was a generator advertised on Craigslist by this company that was listed for $400 in the ad title and had $399.99 listed as the price in the item description. I called to purchase the generator, and spoke to a lady named Whitney. She collected my information, confirmed the price and that the generator ran properly, and told me they were having an issue with their credit card machine and would call me back. The owner called me and told me that he actually wanted the generator himself, and that the price was actually $900. I guess thats what happens when youre a sleezy pawn shop owner. I will not be spending any money here, and I would advise anyone else to shop somewhere else with more honest owners.

I bought my Fiance a ring from them back when they were in Wyndhurst area. Now I live in Forest and took a few Electronics just to get a loan and see if theyd work with me. The customer service was awesome to be a quote unquote pawn shop. Some people look down on these people saying theyre just there waiting for the desparate to come or the addicts who steal. Look, we all make our choices. Im glad I made my choice to deal with them. They were straight with me, gave me my grace period (my stuff wasnt even there a week) and Christina, Thomas and Whitney all balance eachother out if you watch them work like I did those days. Theyre good people, making a living just like you and me. Dont judge how, its legal and you dont hear people saying bad things about gun shows which are the epitome of pawn and sell.Thanks for the business you all and I will be returning I am sure of it. You impressed me and were extremely classy. No Stickers on your electronics saying it was pawned on such and such date that you have to peel off until you damage the item. Everything was together neatly and they were so polite. If I could give them 10 stars I would compared to whats in Lynchburg.

Everyone here is two faced and treat people poorly. They say one thing and then do another thing. I had other jewelers look at and give a quick appraisal on the same piece of jewelry, and a lady named Christina was obviously trying to rip me off, and not just little bit, but really bad. When I told them I was not interested in selling because the appraisal was low, they immediately got defensive and started insulting me. Uncalled for. Everytime I have been here in the past, they hardly ever seem to be able to able to actually buy anything, they always want to consign jewelry. If they dont have the money to make reasonable offers, they should not advertise themselves as a pawn shop.

Purchased an Amp that was melted at the power hookup which we didnt notice until I took it to be installed. Instead of installing it, I took it back to exchange it. The owner traded it out with one that doesnt work at all. Lopplemans tested it for me. I also bought a Bose Bluetooth Soundbox which only charges a quarter of the way and has to be plugged into a power source at all times to play more than 2 songs. When I questioned the boy selling it, he said it was fine and had minimal charge because they had been using it often there in the shop. When I came back and told them I was disappointed, the boy got an attitude and said I should have checked it before I left the shop with it and that he told his boss that I melted the Amp. When in fact no wires were ever connected to it while it was in my possession. He probably sold it to his boss like that and I was his scapegoat. Think about it, He sold me the Bose with the POWER problem.Needless to say, they lost a good customer and my money. I just went to Lopplemans yesterday and purchased a Pioneer Receiver to hook up surround sound and and Amp hooked up to two Pioneer 12s. Lopplemans hooked everything up in front of me and showed me that everything works before I left the shop! 5 STARS to LOPPLEMANS!
