5 stars for their service because they will be closing completely soon. Best store for gifts for the kiddies. Sad to see them go like Kay-Bee toys.

Long overdue review to post. I bought a Fat Tire bike Mongoose Dozer there when I brought in a load for near by Tree. The staff were excellent in customer service while I paid it off and had no delay picking it up. This location was more respectable to me than near home. Had EXCELLENT use with that bike. Unfortunately, I hate to see toys r us gone, I guess it will be in the history books likeother toy stores. I urge others to purchase from mom n pop toy like stores but I avoid Amazon for other reasons.

The Lynchburg ToysRUs had multiple workers that were friendly and helpful to us, a fantastic variety of toys, and car seats which even if not on display in the store could be ordered from the store easily. The worst part though is the bathroom, which aside from being dirty and neglected (almost no toilet paper and NO soap), is also in need of basic repairs to the locks, however a complete update would be far better since its such a run-down aspect of the store. The bathroom discourages me from shopping there with my children present or while pregnant (since bathroom breaks are often necessary in both of those circumstances).

Having the greeter in the first section to help you find where you are going is a great touch. Wide variety of toys and furniture for kids and collectors. Always clean. Stock seems down a little from Christmas.

Very sad the ToysRUs stories are closing! Have lots of memories shopping in them. If there were as many people shopping in them as I saw on Saturday, they might not be going out of business! So depressing! Good sales now, of course. Got an awesome deal on a new ride on toy for my grandsons 2nd birthday.

Its going out of business. Not much to say bout that. I understand the Lynchburg store is slated to close June 2018. The times they are a changing.

Typical Toys R Us. If you have kids, they will love it, If you dont have kids, why would you be anywhere near the place. Only negative is this one has been around for a while, so the kid funk is heavy.

Nothing you really say, they going out of business, % off is off original price so things are still pricey. But did get a great deal in a jogger stroller!

Too bad they are goimg out of business. Right now is a great time to buy!

Everything was fairly well organized for them to be going out of business. Staff still very friendly even with the impending closure

No tags on items. Took like 5 mins to get a price. Not shocking that they are going out of business.

No surprises here. Toys R Us - where your kid goes crazy and the Legos are all over-priced. This is an older store, but still has whatever you need for kids.

Went in for the closing deals discount was up to 40 percent off I saw around 5 items at that discount. Most every thing was only 10 percent items way over priced

This Toys R Us is officially closed as of June 26, 2018...a fire broke out inside the store on its final day, and thats what ended it.
