Worst customer service ever. spoke to the owner initially who seemed honest and respectful. got with Andrea in accounting and was totally disrespected. im a six figure customer with multiple properties and was just told she didnt want my business. If youre considering them dont. They dont value your business.

We have used Watts propane for 20 years at our business and home. Weve always had great service but never thought to write a review until today. Discovered our tank empty at 8 a.m. at our shop. 28 degrees outside! We called and they were literally there in about 15 minutes! So fast we couldnt believe it. Thank you for the heat from our employees and owners!!!

I have been using watts petroleum since 2000. My gas usage is a bit erratic since I have gas logs as my only appliance.They have kept me topped up for the most part. Every once in a while we start using the gas logs heavily and go through our supply before we are scheduled for a truck delivery.I have always found that they make every attempt to squeeze me in and have always been polite. I even got an after hours emergency fill when we ran empty.I have never compared prices but have not even been tempted since service has been so good.My tank is located under my deck with only 4 ft and change of head room. They have never mentioned it as a difficulty although it looks like it would be a bit of a struggle to me...We are pleased. I recommend them without reservation.

I made phone calls and made 2 trips to Watts Petroleums office about buying a 500 gal. tank and getting it installed. They even sent someone to my home to look at the site. I now own a tank from one of their competitors, because these people dont return phone calls or follow up on what they promise. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !
