Mounted a fire extinguisher on my lift and it fell off no more than 1/2 mi out their drive. Then they didnt give me a credit for it and said someone else would have to do that.

This shop has serviced my lifts for over 5 years, maybe 6. They are always prompt, courteous and professional. They just repaired a lift that was not correctly repaired by a facility in Charlotte, NC. Thanks guys!

This guys are the best,very satisfied with previous jobs and also I had a break down near Altavista on us 29 south a while ago and since the fist minute I called them they made me feel not alone,they delivered me the hose and antifreeze on site for free in a matter of minutes(refreshment included).Im glad that theres still places so professionals with their costumers in the trucking business.

Weve never experienced such horrible service with any rental company in the past 20 years of business. The repair bills on the equipment weve rented for almost a year... slapped with roughly $100,000 in ludicrous repair bills. These invoices were sent Months behind, no dates, no serial numbers, no justicifacton, absolute BS... Were talking regular wear and tear, over a years rental.. Never again CAT. Sorry the Lynchburg department ruined our national relationship.
