We just came through there and we ordered 2 hotdogs, a quesadilla, bag curly fry and 2 drinks. We didnt pay attention to the amount it cost. We paid at the first window a 20 and were given 9.85 back. Get to the second window and were told we didnt pay. We then ask to see the lady we paid to who then acts like she has never seen us before. Ive never felt like I live in bizarro world but wow. We luckily just got our money back and left. To say I was mad is an understatement. I love my 29 location. Will never come back to Timberlake location.
Always out of something. Soda flavors, cups, etc. Almost always understaffed resulting in very long wait times. Just not well managed.
Slowest service I have ever seen. Literally have been sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I would like to just leave but the design of the parking lot doesnt allow that. Never coming here ever again.
Almost every time I come here I sit for 20+ minutes just for my order to be wrong. Tonight every worker I dealt with at the drive thru was rude, and I got a 3 pc fried Oreo and 2 out of 3 was nothing but one piece of cookie fried. No cream no bottom piece. Everything fried was almost burned. Terrible service terrible food. Worst Sheetz in Lynchburg
They try their hardest to be as fast as they can and they’re always friendly. They work well within the constraints they have and it’s better than McDonald’s so I’m happy to wait that extra 30 secs
The is by far my favorite Sheetz in Lynchburg! Besides having a drive through, this Sheetz puts more care into their made to order food. While this may sound ridiculous, they have the crispiest Sheetz fries in Lynchburg. The other locations typically have soggy undercooked fries. While this Sheetz may take a little longer than other sheetz, I would rather wait for better quality food. My hat is off to you Timberlake Sheetz!
My husband and I went through the drive through tonight. We ordered & paid and then sat in line to wait for our food at the second window. Everything was normal. As we waited a Sheetz employee walked up to the window and said Can I help you? As if he didnt have an order for us. We stated that we were waiting on our order. He turned and pointed to a bag sitting on the counter by the register and said its right there, confused we looked at him and said okay? The worker shut the window and turned around to go back to the food order. 2 minutes later he turned around with pur food bag and handed it to my husband. As the food was being handed off my husband said Were missing 2 milk shakes. The kid shut the window and walked away. My husband pulled around the building to go inside the store. I went in with him and walked straight up to the milkshake counter and spoke with a very nice young guy asking him about the missing milkshakes. He said he messed up on the first ones so he re-did them. I explained that him messing up wasnt the problem, the problem was the rude employee he had working with him. The young milkshake man apologized and let us know that it looks bad on him that hes acting like that and that hed speak with the kid. I did not get names but, if management looks back on the cameras on 2/12/21 at 7:35pm theyll see the interaction. The kid at the window doesnt need a job in customer service at all if thats how hes acting at the drive thru window.
Who doesnt love Sheetz? The only downfall of this location is the wait on MTO orders in store and especially the drive-thru. Staff is always nice, but considering this is supposed to be fast-food they have left the fast out of it....every time.
Friendly, but i just got a pretzel bun burger and the bun is so hard i cannot eat it, like rock hard, dissapointed.
