We recently replaced carpet in our recreation room with vinyl plank flooring and Stainmaster carpet on the stairs. Our installers were Butch and John on the stairs and Steve on the vinyl planks. Experts in both areas. Our experience with Trevor, Sales Representative, was exceptional. We found him to be knowledgeable in all aspects. Mel has gone above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had the best products for the most reasonable price. Id give more than a 5. We had gone to BLUE RIDGE FLOORING and thank God and Heaven above that fell through . It has been a bad last few months. But Mel has given us the best quality and the absolute best service we could ever asked for and wanted. After a long wait, good things come to those who wait and better things come to those who are patient and wait a little longer. Glad we went to CARPETLAND!!!!

Great customer service, watch out on how they measure. measures way to big. measured my basement 16 x16 to big. make sure you get someone else to measure, like Lowes

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Mel Barrow provided excellent customer service during my recent carpet and LVT installs. He was extremely professional and very diligent with follow up and follow through during the entire process. He helped make my house a home again after tenants vacated. He even made a special trip to Gretna to show me some alternative LVT to help save money. Not once did he ever try to upsell me on any products, which is a rarity these days. I absolutely love my new flooring and the quality is superb! I am looking forward to doing business with him again in the very near future when I select my area rugs. Thanks, Mel!

I told the salesman the carpet was for a rental unit so wanted it to last with abuse. After two years and no abuse the carpet is worn out. On top of that I had to pay to have the carpet stretched because it was not installed right. It was so bad that they could not take out all the ripples. Very disappointed!

Beware of the hidden charges for install. and when they come out to measure for the sq ft they use a slide rule instead of a laser measure. Sherwin Williams has them beat on hard wood and carpet by far .check them out before you go to carpet land.....

Called to place a order.The staff was very unprofessional.I was laughed at when i said i wanted the cheapest price on carpet very rudely.I called back to speak to management and was called a liar over the phone and got more unprofessional staff.Sorry our company will not be doing business here anymore.
