Great place for all the accessories you could ever want for your vehicle. Zac and Jeff helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the guys in the shop did a fantastic job installing my custom bumpers. Ill definitely be going back for some other electronic goodies! Wheels, tires, suspension, audio, security, remote starts, back-up cameras...you name it, they can do it!!

Jeff has always done a great job of finding the right parts for my jeep and for a fair price. The boys did an excellent job w my lift kit and wheel. Will always come back for any accessories. Just wish they weren’t so booked out and parts didn’t take so long

I’m a manager at a competing tire facility and I must say we had a customer we just couldn’t help due to how expensive his wheels were and our machine would likely scratch them so we called here and let me tell you the willingness to help from this company and there employees is insane ! Zach I believe was his name went above and beyond to help our customer . He stayed late even though he had family plans and guests coming over . That speaks volumes in our industry. We Went in the Store Was planning to buy New Wheels & Tires For Our Ford F-150! No One Ever Spoke To Us Or Asking We needed help!! They just sat Over Behind The Counter and Talked to Other Employees and Looked at Us! I Guess We were supposed to get the Wheel off the Rack and Carry it to them at the Counter! We were in the store 15 minutes No one else was On the floor but us So They were NOT Busy ! I Told My Husband To Come On We were going Somewhere They didnt Need To Sell Anything For They Must Have Plenty Of Money Without Ours! We went Over to A New Place called Texas Tire in Lynchburg across from Billy Craft A Yellow & Black Building! Greeted us when we came in and helped us pick out Wheels & Tires We Spent 1900.00 With Them And They Look Great & We Are Very Satisfied So I guess Auto Xtras did us A Favor LoL We Happy!!

Excellent selection and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The guy working spent an hour or so helping my friend pick out the correct size wheels and tires for his truck knowing that he was just shopping around. He also spent a lot of time factoring out financing options. My buddy ended up going back and getting a full setup, based on this customer service, selection and pricing. They will definitely work with you to get your vehicles tires and wheels upgraded! As well as your sound system and other accessories. I highly recommend Auto Xtras for your car needs!

Dealt with Shane for upgrading the stereo system on my boat. Was leaning towards wakeboard tower speakers but he took the time to explain adding more speakers to the boat would give me exactly what I was looking for. Did a custom install job and boat sounds excellent.

Great staff and service!

They done a good job.Took a little longer than they said.But that happens..Right after work was done a sqeek began. And havent been able to see why.And all the bolts used are rusted already. You think for what we paid and the 3 hr wait they wound use stainless steel bolts.:( .

The customer service is great. They put a lift on 4 of my trucks. They are cheap and fast. Had a part break on one that wasnt involved with what they did and they replaced the part with no charge. They paid for the part also

Not the best experience. I was quoted one price and it ended changing by hundreds of dollars. They are not consistent with their charges and their word. They are pleasant when talking to them.

Them guys are rude and they need to be shut down! Dont go to them, them people are down right rude to their customers. Your money is better somewhere else with better customer service.

Way overpriced! Youre paying for a high the store with sleezy mannequins. Paid $75 more than we should have for one aluminum rim tire. It pays to shop around people!!!

Terrible service!I had them mount and balance 2 tires on my Camaro and they scratched the lip of the $300 wheels then denied the damage they had done!The tires also were out of balance! I had to take it to another shop to balance them correctly! Only decent garage in Lynchburg I trust is Harris Tire on Wards Rd. Josh is the man!

Business hours say Sat. 9-2. Saturday morning 9:15 and no one here. Door is locked. 60 mile round trip for nothing.

I had a problem with wheel sensors. That I bought there and they did what they could to fix they problem. They have always stood by there products I have bought in the past.

All I did was call about getting speakers installed and was treated like filth that I already bought my speakers. Wont ever consider them in the future.

They have wheels window tinting and a lot of other things need to go check them out
