I went to Craft Hyundai after I saw a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe on their website that I was interested in. Despite them being short staffed, I was treated with the utmost respect and was treated very fairly. They negotiated a great deal for me on my trade and they were not pushy or aggressive at all. Pricing and fees were very straightforward and disclosed clearly. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end from the sales dept. to the finance office. I appreciate the Craft team helping me with my new vehicle purchase and I will certainly do business there again in the future!

Everyone at Craft Hyundai was so lovely. I had just totaled my previous car and needed one ASAP! Steve and his team was on top of it! Got me in my brand new 2022 Hyundai Accent the same day I had to return my rental from my insurance company! One of their salesmen even drove me to the rental place so I could return my rental! Highly highly recommend!10/10 would go back :)

Excellent and honest dealership. Bought a 2022 Elantra Hybrid and couldn’t be more happy. I went with them because of their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t tack on any “Fair Market Value Adjustment” like other dealerships have been doing because of the state of the market right now. I will be returning in the future for my next vehicle.

Already bought 2 cars from this deleaship.. Went over the weekend to buy a 3rd car, they said it just arrived and will be ready Monday for test drive and purchasing, then said it will be ready on Tuesday as the mechanic was on leave, not ready on Tuesday for some other reason, so we scheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday Morning, after calling the sales person 2 times, the 3rd time he answered and said the car was sold to someone else who came last night.. I dont understand.. my family is very disappointed.

We bought the 2020 Palisade Limited and absolutely love it! Not only is the car amazing, the purchase experience was smooth and no-pressure. Our salesman, Kevin Smith, was great to work with. He answered our questions even after hours, and when we were ready to sign on the dotted line, he had everything ready to go. We walked in and drove off in about 30 minutes. Best. Purchase. Ever.

Excellent buying experience starting with Ryan in internet sales. He helped us locate the Santa Fe we wanted at a price much lower than other area dealers. Once at the dealership, Oscar and Peter led us through the sales process. Oscar even brought the vehicle to us in Roanoke after a minor factory issue was noticed and corrected. Oh my gawwwwwd! If I could bake some macaroni and cheese and fry some chicken to take to these hard working people I would!!!! I might! After a horrible mechanic elsewhere ruined our vehicle, they took good care us!! They fixed Goldie when we thought she was done for... the price we had to pay was lower than we expected and they did it in a day. I love Billy and William!! You guys did the thing once again!!! We wont be taking our car anywhere else as long as they are there. You need raises like right now. Please understand I am an essential worker I have taken the bus to work for 8 months. I got work done in the service department and they were very nice and quickly completed the work. They ended up having to do a very minor repair and didnt charge me the full price since it was such a quick and easy fix. Very reasonable and would recommend!

I bought a car from Kevin Smith almost 2 years ago...I tried to reach out to him for 2 days to get my car inspected. I live in Roanoke and my husband works in Lynchburg and so he drove my car to Lynchburg to get it inspected and they only had a 3:30 appointment and my husband couldn’t wait that long so I cancelled. If Kevin would have returned my call and texts we wouldn’t have had to make a wasted trip in my car for nothing. This is very unprofessional of Kevin and I will never deal with him again or Craft Hyundai of Lynchburg again and will continue to tell everyone I know about this business and my experience. Don’t ever deal with this business so you don’t have a bad experience like I did!!!!

Great dealership to work with. Gave me a fair trade value on my trade-in. Very knowledgeable in explaining their Hybrid technology for a comparison the the gas model. Ended up purchasing my first ever Hybrid vehicle and Ive had it almost 2 months now and very pleased. Very fuel efficient. The lifetime warranty on the electric battery is what ultimately sealed the deal on going with the Hybrid. Love my Sonata!

Didn’t follow through with the promises of my warrenty. Wouldn’t fix my coil spring because they claimed that I must have run over something, though I did not. Sent me a picture of my car to “prove it” of the wrong side and of my front bumper which proves nothing about what happened to my coil spring. Not a goof experience.

I truly cannot recommend Craft highly enough. I was terrified when I realized the amount of damage we were looking at, and before I called, I vocalized to my husband that I wished that there was an advocate for things like this, because I knew I was going to have to fight to have the repairs covered. To my shock, that advocate was Matt Dudley at Craft Hyundai. He took the time to explain every tiny detail to me - he called when he said he would call, and he never once made me feel like I had to fight for anything.To be honest, we arent brand loyal and never have been. Weve owned Nissans, Hondas, Mazdas, BMWs, Fords, GMCs, Cadillacs, Chevys, and more. When weve needed new cars, weve bought what we liked on a test drive (or even based on body style). That ended this month - not only will we buy Hyundai again because of how they stood behind their brand, but we will never buy another car from anyone other than Billy Craft. Your focus on customer service truly has a customer for life.The only downside is how quickly the engine was replaced!! We sure loved that new loaner Sonata - it drove like a dream. I was shocked when they called us less than 60 hours later to tell us the car was ready to be picked up - LOL!In all seriousness, pulling onto the lot to return the loaner and seeing that you all scrubbed my dirty old Sonata clean was the icing on the cake - I dont even remember it being that color when I bought it. I really dont think Ive ever had that great of an experience. Ive read several posts on social media about Billy Craft and how focused on customer service you all are, but experiencing it firsthand was such a blessing. I cannot thank you--and Matt Dudley especially--enough.Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, from your newest customers for life.

They do a great job with an oil chance and service. They make sure to give their customers a check sheet of things they checked as they service your car. My Fiancé doesnt like to take her car anywhere else in town. The down side, you will need to pencil in at least an hour on the oil change, if not more.

This location has really bad customer service. If you like to wait endlessly this may be the dealer for you. I was looking to purchase a car recently and was ignored by all the sales people on two occasions. I ended up buying a Hyundai from the Mazda dealership. I went in to service my car there and it was the same experience. I won’t be going back and in the future, I will be having my car serviced at Mazda.

When I purchased my vehicle from Craft Hyundai I was initially satisfied with my purchase. My friend who was a tech there had talked to me extensively about the vehicle I was purchasing. Being that I had someone who knows Hyundai’s very well reassuring me made me feel a lot better about my purchase. I’d dare say that my friend who was a tech did more to sell me the vehicle than the sales person. That all changed today. A few weeks ago, Craft Hyundai took delivery of the new Veloster N. I was very intrigued by it and was considering trading in my Veloster R-Spec in order to get the N. My friend who was a tech told me to come by and check it out, so I did. I was in awe, the thing was awesome. I was strongly considering the trade in. So I took a video of my friend revving the car, which is supposed to be a high performance sports car. I might add that Hyundai’s corporate promotional videos brag about the exhaust and show the car revving, it’s one of the selling points of the vehicle. I posted this video on a local car page basically bragging on how cool it was. Well the owner of Craft Hyundai saw this video (presumably from his son who is a part of this car page) stated that he felt “disrespected” and fired my friend. Unbelievable. I am in awe that someone would be fired, after 5+ year without a single write-up, for being passionate about the products that he works on and trying to sell it to someone. The owner (Kendall Craft) is clearly on a power trip and does not care about the wellbeing of his employees nor how his actions affect their lives. I think that this situation shows a lot about how the Craft dealerships. If Kendal Craft is willing to do this to a loyal, exemplary employee such as my friend, think of how much less you mean to him as a customer... just a means to make more money. The employees here, in my experience, do not reflect this flawed moral character but ultimately the moral character of the owner mars the whole establishment. I would never recommend them to anyone nor will I be using them again. I regret using my money to pad the pockets of this man and will never make this mistake again, nor will I allow my family to. Fortunately there is a great dealership called First Team Hyundai that will be doing all of my maintenance from now on. I’d recommend you use them as well, plus they’ll actually work with you on price unlike Craft dealerships.

Horrible Experience. The service department is extremely incompetent and lacking the knowledge to properly diagnose an engine problem with my car. Took it to Craft with a check engine light and was told I needed an oil change due to the wrong filter being used. Within 20 miles, the light came right back on. This time I took it to my mechanic who told me and SHOWED me what was wrong with my engine. I need a new Exhaust Cam Control Solenoid Actuator(Covered by warranty). So, with the check engine light on I went back to Craft and they told me a code wasnt even being brought back by the CEL. They cleared the code and told me to leave. Light came back on within FIVE MINUTES. Now, I have to pay for a part that should be covered under warranty because of your incompetence!
