I am writing now to commend one of your technicians, Jon Uzzle.Jon was in our home on December 3 to install updating equipment. It was obvious that he clearly knew what he was doing. However, we were particularly impressed by his people skills. Jon was very personable, and at the same time, professional. What really stood out for us, though, was his respectful nature.Todays world is so divisive and out of control. My husband is a former Marine and recipient of the Purple Heart from the Vietnam era, and my father and two of my brothers were Navy lifers. So respect has always been big in our lives.Jon exhibited the quality of respect, and the short time that he was in our home was like a breath of fresh air! In the future, if we have a need for a service technician, we will specifically ask for John.

I have been working with Lynchburg alarm for years. Raleigh is very knowledgeable and helpful and even showed up the day of the install to confirm with me and the installer how the setup was going to go. The install was performed during business hours and the they were quiet and clean and showed me how everything worked after the install. They would leave until I was happy with camera placement and connection to my cell phone was easy. Thanks again Lynchburg alarm!

Very polite and nice guy worked hard for several hours upgrading our system. He was very patient and made sure I understood everything before he left.

I wish I had the experience everyone else listed. After weeks of calling I finally got an email. I asked questions in the email but 2 days later still no response. I am now looking at having to get a whole new system as I’m frustrated either chasing this company to try to pay them for service.

Excellent work, had them upgrade my Fire/security alarm at EECO. Technician was great, very friendly and accommodating. The entire staff is friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend them for any service.
